I never normally write reviews but my experience just left a bad taste. Service was good at first, but then quickly went downhill. Evryone was nice but It turned out to be an awful experience. I went to get two front strands died blonde(I have dark box dyed hair) I knew going into this it may not be possible because of my hairs history. He said he would be able to and continued to try it took multiple times and several hours. I was patient and tried to trsut the process but I ended up leaving with two fried brittle yellow-orange streaks in the front of my head. It looked awful and felt like straw. He continued to charge me the original price when it looked NOTHING like what I wanted. Wish he could've atleast gave some option to comeback to fix it or offer some kind of help considering I was very dissastified,and even asked if it was still the same price after the mess. I understand that bod dyed hair can be difficult so I wish he would've been honest about how it was going to turn out rather than bleach it 3 times at a high volume level just to damage it with bad results and try to "get the job done" without thought. I got home and it turned into a scalp burn from too much bleach damage. I got bleeding then eventually painful scabs. My scalp and front of hair is damaged, just hope this may help someone in this similar situation looking for color/framing pieces.

Started coming here after salons reopened as mine stayed closed. Jimmy cuts my hair and no kidding I get the best haircut of my life. I wear a short textured style and he knows exactly what to do. They have people keeping everything clean. He wears a face shield while he works. I feel lucky to have found this salon. Give them your business.
