They allowed my coverage to lapse twice in a single year. Nothing but excuses about writing down important details incorrectly, or blaming remote staff for lapse in coverage communication without proper notification. Only way I found out my insurance had lapsed for 5 months is because I called about an outstanding invoice from the 5th month. This office exposed me to a lot of risk.

I highly recommend Eduardo and Bruno. They were extremely helpful on the phone and quickly provide results and updates via email. They know what they’re doing! They also went the extra mile to make sure I understood my insurance coverage. I really appreciate how they keep me informed throughout the process. Great teamwork, great service.

Never met or spoke with the agent but have spoken with his assistant. The people who work at the office are friendly but not very knowledgeable about insurance.

Google needs to add a "Zero" Star!As a business owner myself, I can't speak of Jamie's character. However, his staff, Bruno, was very unprofessional and even cursed at me when i called to correct an error they made with my policy. People like Bruno run hard working business owners out of business with their non-challan work ethic. I hope Jamie finds this useful and gets rid of this pest.

I used Jamie's State Farm insurance agency for a new house and am very pleased with them so far. What I really appreciate is that Jamie's team treats customers like people. They patiently explained their insurance policies and discussed various options with me. I felt like they went above and beyond answering any questions. I'd definitely recommend them.

Jamie is the definition of "Like a Good Neighbor." There are plenty of things to do in life and worrying about my insurance coverage is not one that I want to have to invest a tremendous amount of time into. With Jamie and his team, I don't have to.
