The new manager is impatient, angry and irritable. She has a bad attitude and I think she doesn't care about the customers.

I received excellent service at this pharmacy today from the pharmacist and pharmacy technician. Thank you!

I love this store. My friend lives nearby. The inventory includes nice produce, flowers and seasonal items. There are water sprays outside for kids (or adults) to play in.

The person bagging my groceries today was a completely under qualified boob. And the groceries spilt everywhere as soon as I got them to my car. It was me. I bagged my own groceries.

I went to Harris Teeter in Olney, MD, at 8:00pm tonight and there were no food clerks to ring up my groceries. Some customers were using the self service checkout but I don't know how to do that.

We have been shopping here since this location opened. It has gone down hill and is not a pleasant experience. Shelves are not stocked and items that are on sale are frequently out of stock! They refuse to give rain checks for many of these out of stock items and they rarely train their staff how to bag groceries. Most just throw stuff in the bags. They hire kids that barely say a word. My wife was overcharged for something and the checker was shocked when she asked for a refund. A manager had to step in to show how to process the adjustment! Training? What Training? The pharmacy has become unreliable. I recently went to pick up a prescription and the only person there was the pharmacist. No help. He was on the phone, filling orders and helping customers. With 4 of us in line it took 1/2 hr to pick up my Rx. They never have enough help, have 1 or 2 check out lines open with long lines. When we buy milk it frequently spoils days before the sell by date. They need to bring back or get people that care because this store is in a major decline! Wake up HT or you're gonna lose more customers!

This Pharmacy is extremely slow. But my biggest complaint is that the staff is rude and condescending. For whatever reason, they seem truly miserable. It’s convenient to grocery shop and pick up prescriptions at the same time. However, the attitude I got from the staff today will keep me from ever going back again.

Our pharmacy for past four years. Especially during this pandemic, the staff has been patient, communicative, friendly, compassionate, and professional. Night and day difference from CVS.

I research products on manufacturer websites and am directed to Harris Teeter. Each time that I go to Harris Teeter, which is not convenient for me, the item that I am looking for is not there. I am sick and tired of the disappointment and the high prices at Harris Teeter. Harris Teeter is a huge, generic supermarket with HIGH PRICES and very few things that makes the store stand out. I AM DONE! I will have to go without an item that is only carried at Harris Teeter because they do not even stock the item and probably do not update their information with the manufacturers. HARRIS TEETER is a low quality chain restaurant that is quite forgettable.

I'm trying to be nice, but this is the third f#####g time I've been the ONLY one in line, and there'll be 3-4 pharmacy staff just staring at me behind the plexiglass. What, does my healthcare not matter to you, or maybe I'm the wrong complexion for you to give a f##k about? Ridiculous. After today's service, I'm taking my business elsewhere, or the next time, I may just dress up like "White Chicks" to get some damn help. *Addendum* After I returned to pick up my medication at the time advised to, the pharmacist, Christine, had not filled it at that point. Furthermore, whomever she was on the phone with, distracted her so much, she not only failed to fill mine, but other peoples' prescriptions as well. Flustered, I asked, "Excuse me, I was told to pick up my medication in 30 minutes, came back 45 minutes later, and want to know how much longer?" Dismissive in her response, Christine snapped at me as if I had kept asking for a handout. The good part about her behavior is the fact that she exhibited herself to not only me, but others standing in line, as one customer was none to pleased, and stated she would be making a complaint to HT management. As a "person of color" I know how it feels to be treated as if I don't exist. With that said, presently, the physical and verbal attacks towards Asians in America is reprehensible and vile. So Christine, GOD forbid, if you ever run into such encounters, it would be hypocritical for you to ever make a complaint when you'd be the pot calling the kettle, black. Christine, that's an idiom, by the way. I'm sure you may never heard it's use before. It just baffles me why people apply for jobs where they encounter the public 100% of the time, but have not one social ounce of character in their body.
