Great Team of ASE mechanics/ technicians & esp the Service Managers @ The Front Desk.. My fav is Joey Allor..
He helped get my Camry in there at the last minute,,, one hour b4 closing when I needed a new battery... Saved my life ... I haven't met the Whole Staff out there- but from "Mr Bobby, (I think he's the one sporting the silver mane into a ponytail?) to Jack to Joey- their Customer Svc is Tge Best in Olney... Which means alot to me as a single woman who needs new Auto Svc+ repair shop- Looking fwd to building new relationship w/ Dependable & Trustworthy Mechanics- bc my prev Mechanic that i had for 37yrs just retired?...

I wrote this 3 years ago and I still give Graeves Auto & Tire the highest compliment you can give your car mechanic, because they deserve it. I trust them to do the right thing for the right price, as quickly as possible. I live in Leisure World, Georgia Ave at Norbeck Road. It is just a short drive up the road to Olney. I have a high mileage car. They keep me reliably on the road, doing work that is required and they tell me when something doesn’t need to be done. It’s nice not to worry you if you are doing the right thing I leave every time feeling confident in their work and their price.

Graeves has been taking care of my car for years. I’m so appreciative of their excellent customer service. They definitely exhibit a small business feel. Their amazing staff are very responsive and take care of you one on one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Reliable repairs and honest. I had my brakes done there and when I brought the car back in a few months later for new brakes, they told me that the brakes should have lasted longer and that they were still under warranty. They completed the new brakes at no extra charge. They focus on high quality OEM parts so you are paying for it though. That said, you are definitely getting your money’s worth.

Very competent mechanics. Most of the time.
Fussy old cars...well...
Straightforward service managers. Friendly all.
Free lightbulbs for most parts of the car.
Great prices on tires. You can get as fancy or economical as you please.
My go to mechanics.

I was genuinely impressed with the prompt service provided for my car at this auto & tire repair shop. It's a rarity to find such efficient and quick service, and I wish there were more services like this in the area.

I’ve gone back and forth on this because I don’t like to speak ill of a local business, but given the money I’ve spent at this shop I think one mildly negative review is just a small cost of doing business. The shop is good for tires and oil change, but if you have a check engine light on I’d go somewhere else. Mine kept flashing on and off, and they told me they could not identify the scan code if the check engine light was not on at the time they checked it. But this shouldn’t be the case as any good scanner can read the codes stored on the car computer. Since they said the scanner showed no codes, they recommended fixes that had nothing to do with the real problem, and in this way they got extra money.
