It was a pleasure working with Ellie both during and after the purchase of our home! She is very knowledgeable about market conditions and all aspects of real estate. She made recommendations on the best way to structure our offer to get us the home we wanted, and had new ideas I wasn't famiilar with and they worked great. Ellie has great contractors that we've been happy with, and we worked with the moving company she recommended too! She is truly a full-service realtor and her response time is speedy. Very pleased and highly recommend!

10/10 Home Selling/Buying ExperienceMy wife and I were so nervous about selling and buying our house while juggling taking care of work and our seven month old. We asked Ellie to really hold our hands through the process and she far exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond finding potential homes and gave us invaluable advice when it came to putting ours on the market. She advocated for us in so many ways and we ultimately found our dream home and sold in a timely manner with additional incentives. Ellie made such a stressful process so much easier and we will always recommend her to our family and friends!

Ellie Hitt has helped me close six transactions in the past 18 months: the improvement and sale of four rental properties, and the rental of two homes. The properties for sale were in need of serious repairs and upgrading. Not only did Ellie put me in touch with all the necessary contractors and service people, but also helped coordinate with them such as suggesting the best color scheme for the interior painting, types of cabinet and vanity, etc. to ensure a fast sale. Furthermore, she went to the houses multiple times to monitor the progress of the renovations, and did a final walk through when the work was completed to check on final details and get the contractors to touch up some work that didn’t meet her exacting standards. She was present at the settlements in order to verify the final figures while guiding me through the process. As for the rental, she vetted potential renters before presenting their applications to me. Her work and support was thorough during the entire process, sending me detailed reminders of required steps to sign electronic papers and gather all the pertinent documentation to close the deals. I was delighted with how quickly Ellie managed to find interested parties and agree on settlement terms and dates for the sales once they went on the market.

Ellie is the absolute BEST!!! We recently bought a home and sold our old one with Ellie. We had been looking for four years before we finally found a house we wanted to actually go out and see and put an offer on. Our first house and we got the house!!! Despite there being 4 other offers put in!
