Richard and Donna are wonderful and very responsive. Richard always came within 24 hours to address issues we had as our dog adjusted to the fence. We love the product and our dog is super happy with his new freedom.

We had a great experience with Pet Stop. Every step of the process was explained and they were very thorough. Most importantly, we have not had to drive around in the middle of the night looking for our escapee dog since the fence was installed!
