“I was having issues with the engine light coming on. I was previously told what the issue was and had the part that needed to be replaced. Had taken the car to another shop and it was incorrectly installed. I was recommended Pro Autos by a friend who was also having one of the issues I was having. Only downside was that I had to leave the car here for a few days but didn't mind as long as the car was fixed. Mike installed the part at the correct spot, replaced the thermostat and replaced another part that was worn out. I have a Honda civic 2013. Haven't had no issues with the engine light since. Mike is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about his work. Highly recommend Mike and his team!”

“The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.”

“I stopped here after getting a very low tire pressure warning. It had dropped drastically and fast and I live in VA so I was a bit panicky pulling up to the service area. The young man (wish I caught his name) checked my tire, but couldn’t find a nail. I was worried that I wouldn’t make it back to VA without going completely flat, so he overfilled it and reassured me I would make it home safely. He didn’t charge me anything, despite me taking up at least 15-20 mins of his time. I did make it home safely, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and calmness of this employee. Thank you so much!!”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I got the #2 package for $29 that included exterior wash and interior vacuum, and added the mat washing for $5. I spent about 25 minutes here from start to finish since there was a line when I arrived. My car was pretty dusty and needed heavy vacuuming. The guys did a great job and I was very impressed because I had read so many bad reviews. I would absolutely come back here again. Have realistic expectations for a quick car wash! Go get it detailed if you need that extra clean.”

“I want talk about my experience in this place last week on August 15 thrusday my car was failing in a power steering electronic sistem, I was along with my family I made it to this mechanic shop center Flower Hill Liberty Auto center next day I got a call from Mr Troy Parcells that run the diagnostic about my car found out that there's was a safety issue and, with all honestly I was told that they could fix it but, I had a warranty in my car for a period of time that my could be fix with no charge.
That point about this that I did know anything about this warranty thanks to this good man I didn't have to pay anything at the dealership to get my fix car thansk to Mr
