Friendly, great service, prompt appointments. I've been coming here for a long time. BTW I have no problem with the car washes. They get my cars clean enough to eat off of!

I took the wife's car through for a #1 car wash (supposed to be the best they offer). Not sure if I noticed a difference between the less expensive one I've gotten in the past. The vacuuming was mediocre and the windows still had water dripping off of them. Bottom line- it is quicker than doing it myself and it contributes to a business that is a big part of the community, which I like and appreciate. I would recommend coming here for this and the other services they offer which are; gas, snacks, automotive, and FREE air which is almost unheard of these days! See you next time at Fletchers!

Paid about $30 for a crappy car wash. Absolutely would suggest going somewhere else. Not only did they barely vacuum but also left smudges on the glass, windshield and interior plastic. The purpose was to have a clean truck not for me to have to clean it again myself when I got home

To Hell with this business from here, on out. I tip, VIGOROUSLY at the car wash, and maybe spend almost $200 a month during the fair weather months. With that said, I was kicked out of line, and as I was waiting, one of the staff moved the cone and a "sorry we're closed" sign in front of my vehicle. Not only did you lose my loyalty after 15 years, you lost over 10 other family members' loyalty, as we have chosen a cheaper car wash at Sunoco. The service may be cheaper, but I will never fork over any part of my income for service like Fletcher's

I was at the light at Georgia Ave and Rte 108 when the battery light on my 2011 Honda Pilot suddenly came on. I proceeded to turn on to eastbound 108 and the car was bucking and surging. It was basically undrivable, but I managed to limp into Fletchers. I told them what happened and they thought it might be the alternator. They said that it would a few days before they could look at it, because of the volume of work they had already booked.However, the next day they managed to confirm their diagnosis and gave me a price that I agreed to. The next day I got my car back with a new alternator and battery and the car runs great. I couldn't be happier with their work and the price I paid was less than they quoted. How often does that happen?

I brought my car to Fletcher's needing a new muffler and exhaust pipe and some other hardware like hangers. They checked it out and gave me an estimate. It was significantly cheaper than the estimate by a shop on Rockville Pike (a national brand, franchised locally) $900 cheaper ! ! However they didnt have the muffler in stock and it would take 2 days to get it. So I brought the car home, brought it back today, and they did the work. The staff is easy to work with, appear to be very efficient and focused. Be aware that most shops seem to charge for the actual exam of your car which I guess is the labor cost. It was $80.00 which seemed fair to me, maybe partly because I had just saved $900 by coming to Fletchers. Their labor charge is $109 per hour, compared to the other place which charge $155. So I still feel very satisfied with the cost and service of this shop.
