I have been going to Best Nails for years. I look forward to every visit. I take my granddaughters when they are home from college. They are the most kind, professional nail experts I've been to.

I stopped by for a simple manicure today, and really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was surprisingly friendly. They helped me pick two polishes that matched the look I showed them. Lena worked on my nails, and we had a nice chat, and she engaged my daughter who was with me as well. Lena was thorough but worked quickly, which I appreciated. The cost was only $18 which is the least I've ever spent in a nail salon. I recommend them

Best nail salon I've ever been too. I don't remember what the lady who did my nails name was-she did amazing. I showed her my inspo pic and she nailed it. Will be coming back!!

This place is an absolute joke. I was referred to Jacky who I'll give credit to, she gave a great leg and foot massage. And then...it stops. The quality of the chairs was so outdated and sagging. I can move past this if the service was good. It was not. I booked a mani and pedi gel appt. I was called before my appt. on the same day, within an hour of the appt. to clarify my appt. services and then to ask if I could come earlier because "someone just wrote gel". No, I could not come any earlier, my day was filled up with other appts. This seems to be an in-house issue and not my problem. During the entire service, I was told I should really try dip instead of gel. I'm assuming because it's easier and more money. No, that's not what I came for but I quickly found out why they wanted me to dip. The quality of nail and toe painting was horrible. They did not even pain my entire nail on the fingers or toes. I had this done on a Saturday. By Wednesday...no joke...the gel polish on my nails and toes peeled off. I paid $72.00 for this service and tipped her, which never should have happened. Will I ever go back...absolutely not.

What a great find in Olney! Best Nails is definitely a hidden gem. They may not have the newest massage chairs, offer beverages while you get your nails did, or have a huge color selection, but I can see why they have so many regular customers. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. This was my first time here and it won't be the last. Prices are very reasonable and they do quality work. Lina did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I like how she took her time and didn't rush. The hot stones were a nice touch as well. My gel manicure was done by another lady (forgot her name- oppss!), who also did a fantastic job. She knew I had to be at dinner by a certain time, so made sure to get my nails done as quickly as possible but still do quality work. They take walk-ins, but I highly suggest calling to make an appointment.

I simply told the man that I did not like how thick my nails looked. And he got mad and started cutting my nails off. No one helped. No manager apologized, he started going off that I didn't like my nails so he cut them off. I never asked him too. So now I have to go pay someone else to fix my nails

Olney hidden gem!! I've looking for a new spot for a pedi and came across Best Nails. Lena and Jacky did a spa pedicure for my friend and I, and let's just say this is my new favorite spot now!

Best nails has been around the olney area for a while. The new ownership turned this place around. It's clean and elegant and you can't beat the prices! Jacky has been in the industry for over 20 years and always does amazing. Emily is a sweet young lady who is very meticulous about her work. Anne and Vinnie are full of life and laughter. You can't go wrong with anyone at this salon! I always come back when I'm in the area!
