My recent visit went quite well. I was helped by Sophia, who greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. She was able to easily complete my transaction, and was even able to help me with my usual request for $2.00 bills. As a regular at the Olney branch, I've always found the staff to be most courteous, friendly and helpful.

I have worked with the majority of the current personnel at the Bank of America in Olney, MD and found all of my encounters with each of them were very professional. In addition, I always received excellent customer service from management and all associated financial support personnel. I recommend this bank location to all.

I have been banking at the Olney Branch over the last four years and have always been impressed with the outstanding service provided by Ms. Vanda Cardoso and Ms. Germaine Montanga Nelson. Ms. Cardoso ensures a top notch professional and helpful experience in all my banking transactions. The worst. Please do your self a favor and go to a different branch. The Caribbean guy that works there ask like he doesn't wanna work no matter what you want to do he'll come out and tell you that it's going to be about an hour wait. They always act like it's their money. Excuse me, sir it is my money and you work for the branch and you have the worst customer service including the other guy with the ponytail. It's always like they don't wanna help.

I have been going to the Bank of America Olney branch for years, I have both personal and business accounts with them. It has the feeling of a small town bank with all the resources of a major financial institution. I find the tellers and managers friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. If you're thinking about opening up a bank account, I recommend stopping in.

Horrible.I work OCONUS, and am out of the country moat of the calender year. While in the Maryland state, wanted to withdrawal from my well-established checking account.First, they stated they couldn't locate my account in the system, which is impossible considering I've been a customer for over 20 years, and supplied them with both account number and SSN.Second, they stated that they needed to send a "code" to my phone to verify who I was (mindful, with US passport and driver's license present).Third, after finally realizing their ignorance in the matter, they stated they can give me the required amount requested, but in two (2) transactions (note, the amount was under 1500 USD).Over the years , I have seen Bank of America become worse and worse. This will probably make me close my account completely.I enjoy the services I receive from Charles Schwab and Navy Federal Credit Union, and will continue to be a loyal customer to them.
