I love this yoga studio! Their whole approach is awesome. The yoga studio is in the back of a chiropractic office. The chiropractor (Dr.T) takes a very holistic approach to helping his patience feel better. So, it makes total sense that his treatment is complemented by the easy access to a whole range of different yoga classes. They offer everything from restorative yoga to special yoga sessions for prenatal yoga. Whether you are a beginner or you consider yourself a seasoned practitioner, you will definitely find a class that suits you. I love the beginner yoga class! The studio is warm and inviting and all of the instructors are patient. While they each have their own unique style, they all make the practice accessible to anyone, regardless of your skill level. During the pandemic, due to restrictions to in person classes, they have been offering virtual classes. I think it is awesome that they found a way to continue to offer yoga to so many people. In fact, it provides the opportunity for so many of us to participate that might not otherwise be able to go to the studio. If you want to try yoga for the first time, or you're looking for a new place to practice, definitely check them out. You will not regret it!

I highly recommend this studio. The staff is the best! I am a very happy member, lucky to have the studio located 5 minutes away from my house. Few weeks ago, I started exercising for real. I have a workout buddy, very strong, but he was impressed I am in shape, what have been keeping me in shape are the Yoga and Pilates classes! I love you guys! Thank you so much for the membership discount 2019!

Wonderful yoga studio in a healthcare setting that offers a range of classes for different needs and abilities! I wanted to get back into yoga, but I could not find a studio to fit my needs. I LOVE restorative yoga and gentle yoga with Lauren. She makes all feel welcome and helps each person find a practice that meets their abilities while finding challenge to grow. Initially went here via a word of mouth recommendation and I am so glad that I did!

I have been driving past this place for years - and its almost within walking distance from my home! After more frequent injuries, sprains, and strains from working out a friend strongly suggested Yoga. I went on yelp and found this place. There is even an amazing first timer special on their website. 5classes for 25.00! Yes! First impression: clean, small, professional. The staff nor patrons were particularly friendly but I attributed that to it being early on a Saturday morning and I was the only male in the class. *shrug* The class was 60 minutes and pretty difficult for a stiff beginner like me so I just stayed at My comfort level. The website did not specify which classes were better suited for beginners so I took a gamble. Once class was over people seemed to transform into outgoing social beings! Maybe the release of dopamine and endorphins from stretching untd body parts to oblivion. *shrugs again* Will I be back? Hell yes. Much needed body therapy at an affordable price and convenient location!

The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is intimate and the classes do not get overcrowded. I highly recommend trying their classes. They offer affordable options for passes.

Been coming here for almost a year. I started with a guest pass and just kept coming back. They offer day and evening classes in a variety of styles. I've met a few of the instructors as well as the owner and everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They make themselves available before and after class with questions and often give several different options for poses if you are having trouble. There are plenty of props for whoever needs it, too.

I dropped into three classes while in town. The $25 package was a great option for me because I will be back in a few weeks. The first two sessions I took were all-levels yoga flow and the third was therapeutic power flow. I consider myself an advance beginner and I found the classes appropriate, with my preference for therapeutic power flow. A note to beginners, there were no adjustments made by instructors so I don't recommend either for first timers. I found the studio a bit cold/sterile. My regular studio is warm and smells wonderful of essential oils and incense. I will be back. It served my need to practice while away from home.

I bought the 5 for $25 beginner package and took 2 classes so far. The place is clean and has more than enough props for all students and that is awesome. My only complain to date, is that both classes I took started late and ended a few minutes early. Coming from a style of yoga where the practice is 1.5 hour I already find it difficult to go for a one hour class. So if the teacher does not start on time and end a few minutes early, I may get 50 minutes of yoga. That is very disappointing to me. The second class was a restorative and again the teacher started the class 8 minutes late and at the time the class was suppose to end I was already putting my props away. I felt that had she started and ended on time we would have had enough time for an additional pose. I will continue my package, but if the classes continue to run late and end early, I will quickly loose interest in this Studio.

I miss this place so much! It gave me a sense of security and it has everything you need for an awesome yoga experience! The instructors are the best and they work with you to make sure all poses are comfortable for your body type! Too bad I PCS'ed a couple of months after I found this wonderful place

This is a great yoga/Pilates studio! They have a great selection of teachers, class types, and times (including weekday, weekend, and evening options). It is a fairly small studio, so you can get to know the instructors and your classmates. You can pay for classes individually, or buy a multi-class pass, which is all handled electronically now so you don't have to worry about keeping track of a card. They are very receptive to suggestions for class types/times/workshop ideas, and do fun things like Pilates bingo! You can get an intro pass of 5 classes for $25, so you can figure out which classes/teachers you like without too much commitment. I like it so much though that I go with the monthly unlimited pass now, even though I travel from south Laurel! It shares space with a chiropractor (who also sometimes teaches yoga!), massage dude, and acupuncturist, so is convenient if you want to do other healthy stuff. It is right next to papa johns, so is ALSO convenient if you want to do less healthy stuff!
