I am an active duty Soldier. I had a bad day yet walking into this Verizon store I was greeted and assisted by the most heroic Verizon representative I have met so far. Benjamin greatly ensured that my evening turned out great with the best Verizon customer service possibleI highly recommend this gentleman gets promoted immediately. And yet another reason I continue to keep my cell phone plan with Verizon. THANK YOU!!!!

You need reliability on a day house closing costs are due.Verizon and this location failed.I was sold on a 3 year contract and Google Pixel 6 in April 2022. One year and three months later, the phone would not turn on and was forcing recovery. The only way the representative could assist was offering me to pay $420 for the inoperable phone and then buy a new phone.I had to do the factory reset, lost data, and missed the closing cost window on our home.

Came in after calling to verify they have a phone I have already paid for. Waited 50 minutes to just get dealt with in any way. Skipped in line and left hanging after lots of empty promises. This of course is after being told they would call when my phone was in. That never happened, I had to call.

I called the Verizon store today regarding my stolen iPhone, as I had tracked my phones location and it showed as being at the store. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Patrice, who was extremely rude and condescending. She was short with me on the phone and told me that the store was “too busy”, implying that my issue was not important. Additionally, when I asked to speak to her manager, she told me that the manager was “too busy” to speak with me, and to call back later. Despite the fact that my phone was stolen and someone had brought it into their store, she made it clear that she had no intention of helping me resolve the issue. I strongly encourage this store to look into hiring employees who enjoy working in customer service, because Miss Patrice is clearly not one of them. This overall experience was terrible - I will not be returning to this store.

The team here at this location worked together to make sure all of my questions and needs were met. I was extremely pleased with how fast and helpful they were during the process. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone seeking phone services in the future!

My sales associate Daryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my most recent upgrade. He even took the time to check back with me to ensure I was able to operate my phone, as I explained to him that I’m not a tech fan! He is a great representation of your company!!!

I went into this Verizon store location with my husband to ask about available upgrades and new phones. We were greeted by one "white" gentleman who introduced himself and began going over new plan options and phones with us. My husband asked to see and hold one of the phones to compare the weight, size, and see what the camera looked like compared to his current phone. The other "black" sales rep, who never gave eye contact, and was watching a movie on his phone said you can't take a phone out of the box to look at it. My husband said I wanted to feel how much it weighs and look at the back at the camera. My husband said how about the display phone, and the "black" sales rep said, "that's what you get". My husband said that's not good customer service saying that's what you get to someone trying to decide what phone to purchase. The "black" sales rep just said "well". After a few more words exchanged, my husband said let's go, and we walked out.

I've been to this location on 4 different occasions total. Unfortunately, three out of the four visits were TERRIBLE and unprofessional. My last visit was beyond amazing, Patrick A. went above and beyond helping me. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a wonderful representative. I will ONLY deal with him and appreciate his help!!!!
