My husband ordered a pair of swimming trunks off Amazon and they didn’t fit correctly. I set up a return with Amazon and went to UPS to drop it off. I didn’t realize that Amazon had changed their rules and I now needed a bag or box to put it in. It was definitely my fault for not paying attention, but the UPS store was kind enough to offer a bag for me to us. I know that they didn’t have to do that. They have signs up everywhere, but I really appreciate the guy helping me out. I’ll definitely use this store again because I received excellent customer service.

clerk not too welcoming or friendly....shipped a very small box from MD to TN, about 8x4x4 weighing about 8 oz and cost nearly $14 which i thought was excessive...no info re insurance...post office next time i have to send a small package like this...scale calc weight as 1 pound 4.3 oz...no way...only contained a small rubber sewing machine belt

They were all wonderful. I had to ship a lot of stuff from Maryland to Montana and they packed everything safely and got it to me quickly. They were all very friendly and helpful!

Most poorly managed store. Packages and mail get lost. Prices are high and services are poor at best. I purchased the mailbox so I could have a safe place for pacakegs to be delivered. When attempting to resolve lost issues they waste you time filling out forms them crickets.Finds another store. Read the reviews good luck.

For the love of God please get more employees!! They don't acknowledge you when you come in, and God forbid they have a customer that is doing more than just a simple drop-off, you'll wait in line for twenty minutes. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is constant!

I went in for a passport, Brittany was informative but not in a good manner. I did not have an appointment, she seemed as if my presence was a nuisance to her. I asked to schedule an appointment but she was aggressive when asking me time preference and practically barked at me they don’t do past 2pm. She also made it very clear that I had to show proof of citizenship upon my visit, her statement made it quite uncomfortable because this was just a renewal for my daughter (meaning clearly she has had one before since her old one expired.)My husband asked if he could get a copy of his license printed, she replied saying “we are not a copy and printing company,” a simple no that isn’t something I am able to do would have been sufficient. Her condescending and sarcastic remarks the entire transaction were very unpleasant and it is obvious she is unwelcoming to Hispanic people. I would have thought that UPS hired a more professional staff and I am upset that she would behave in such a rude manner to my husband and in-front of our 5yr old daughter. I understand working with the public can be difficult but maybe she needs to be in a truck delivering mail instead of wrongly treating those who are merely trying to inquire about purchasing a new passport.

Went get a notary done on a lease agreement, the guy at notary service counter wanted to charge me $50 for it. Got it done for $10 at a different location.
