I had no idea that they closed at 12:00 and I was trying to pick up a package but it was 1:00. Apparently I'd walked in behind somebody getting their passport without knowing it. The woman was super nice and after informing me they were closed after noon happily went to retrieve my package. Thank you so much for saving me time and being so nice and friendly. Very much appreciate it!

We arrived at 1:20pm for my daughter's passport appointment at 1:30pm. The appointment didn't start until 1:59pm, first because the employee was having lunch and then because there was a 1:15pm appointment. The employee was very nice and everything worked out fine after the appointment started.

They talk to you like children, especially the old lady with glasses, , light skinned with brown mush room hair cut , if you don’t send mail here daily they are not patient with you .I get you have tedious job but you don’t have to belittle people. She has clearly been here too long . Don’t let her get sassy with you give the same rude energy back . They are worse than the DMV and court house . I’m sorry you are stuck at this boring job but that’s not my fault . I hope she gets fired ! The lady with the blue hair is nicer . Do you research before coming here so they don’t try to embarrass you .

I've used this post office before. It's convenient, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The postal associate was great; knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and customer focused. The cost of shipping matched the on line postal calculator. Good experience. Five stars all day long!

I really miss the old post officer worker that used to deliver my packages to my address all the time now that we have someone new they messing up. I had 2 packages that was supposed to be delivered today I got one but the other one says “no access to delivery location” like what do you mean it was the same address so why didn’t you deliver it at the same time and then lie and say you had no access to the location so how did I receive the other one then like they make no sense and very obvious that you lied.
