“My husband ordered a pair of swimming trunks off Amazon and they didn’t fit correctly. I set up a return with Amazon and went to UPS to drop it off. I didn’t realize that Amazon had changed their rules and I now needed a bag or box to put it in. It was definitely my fault for not paying attention, but the UPS store was kind enough to offer a bag for me to us. I know that they didn’t have to do that. They have signs up everywhere, but I really appreciate the guy helping me out. I’ll definitely use this store again because I received excellent customer service.”
“The Delivery was Fast! I Received a call 30 minutes before arrival I am pleased with the delivery. The delivery was smooth! However you cant choose what time you would like your delivery so keep that mind when scheduling your delivery overall a 9/10.”

He went above and beyond by helping me scan my documents for a clearer resolution and printed it free of charge. “Got my TSA pre-check done here recently. Made an appointment online. Brought in my passport and paid $85 via credit card! Did some finger prints, got my pic taken and was in and out. A few days later I received an email confirmation that my application was accepted! Woot!! I had some things to pickup. The employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful!”

“I use this store for my Amazon returns a couple times a month. EVERY TIME I have come here, which has been dozens of times over the years they have been helpful and professional. Today I came in right at 5pm fully expecting them to be closed but they helped me and were (as usual) friendly and professional. The guy even helped me tape up my shipping box”

“FedEx On-Site -- This location is not listed when you search "Fedex" on Google Maps, but this store provides the FedEx service. The nearby Walgreens would not take FedEx packages larger than their cabinet, but this location said "if It fits through the door we will take it". And you can pull up in the loading zone too. Super happy.
