This was my first time using this cleaners. I have been back a couple of times now. WHY? Because the staff is the best. I am always greeted with a smile and a big hello. They want my business. Very professional and personable all at the same time. They are less expensive than the other cleaners around the corner and the service is better. Great customer service. Clothes were cleaned with perfection. I will recommend this place to anyone I know in the area.

I don't really right bad reviews but this one is necessary. I got my dress shirt dry cleaned and it came out unprofessional and sloppy. The upper part of the shirt came out wrinkled and it looks like they did the job quickly just to get it done, without taking consideration of quality. I came back to ask if they can iron my shirt again at 3:15pm same day, and they said they turned off the iron machines. Very disappointed and quality poor.

I have only visited this location once so far and service was as to be expected. I was greeted nicely, new customer information entered into the system, and provided a receipt for my husband's work shirts. They will collect payment upon pick but will also except payment during drop off. The shop is located in a shopping plaza with plenty parking which is great. There's other less expensive cleaners in town with good service too so we'll save this cleaners as our backup.

I am so happy with this cleaners! So many over charge but even if they are it’s worth it. I found an old sweater in my closet with aStain that I could even remember getting and they were able to remove it!!! Customer service is great and they are just kind spirited every time I walk in. I’ve been going to this dry cleaner since they opened up the street from my neighborhood. They always do a great job cleaning and pressing my dress clothes; especially whites which can get stained easily. They also offer a military discount for active duty and veterans. The owner and staff are very friendly as well.

I love this place. The owner is very nice and friendly. The prices are fair and gives a military discount. I have never had a complaint about my Clothing. Even though one of my slips that went underneath a dress was lost once I still gave him 5 stars because he had no problem replacing the cost of the dress. I will drive from Laurel to Odenton just to have my clothes clean here.
