“I love my neighborhood Giant’s store location. My shopping experience is always great. The employees are very friendly and make you feel that you are a valued customer. But this goes beyond just shopping. I inadvertently lost my eyeglasses while checking out. When I got into my car, I realized I didn’t have them. After putting my groceries away, I walked back into the store to check with the cashier. However, she was no longer there. Another employee, Nijah, approached me to see if I needed assistance. When I explained that I had just checked out and realized I didn’t have my eyeglasses, she immediately offered to help. She asked one of the cashiers whether a pair of eyeglasses had been turned into her. After getting a no response, she didn’t give up and just say, “I’m sorry.” Once I told her the name of the cashier, she immediately walked over to her station where she had been working and wouldn’t you know it, she located the missing eyeglasses. Thank you, Nijah, for going above and beyond my expectations. Your customer Service makes any customer want to come back again and again. You gave “Excellent Customer Service” a new look.At this Giant, your greatest shopping experience begins when you enter the door and stop at the Deli. Tee and Steven knows exactly how to make their customers feel appreciated. They serve whatever you need with a "smile."It doesn't stop there! Be sure to stop at the Pharmacy counter and visit with Regina J. and Cynthia B. They are the best and always have an encouraging word for the customer.Thanks to all of you for always making my shopping at this Giant one of the best.”
“No issues with this pharmacy thus far. Prescriptions are ready when they say. Sometimes medications will be out of stock, but they’re diligent in getting it back in stock. Much better than the CVS.”

“I visit this pharmacy on a monthly basis. The service is mediocre normally however coming from being a CVS Odenton customer, Walgreens was the much better choice for the area. Today I had a very pleasant experience with Jess in the pharmacy on multiple occasions. She serviced my phone call prior to my visit in store and was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived at the store, she was just as friendly and eager to help me. Because of her service today, I'm giving this store a 5 star review. We need more people in the customer service industry like Jess.”

“I had a wonderful experience at CVS in Odenton again. Most times I go there early and am almost always greeted by Avia with a smile.. She is ever so helpful, kind and professional. She is definitely an asset to CVS. Then I had to go to the pharmacy to have a few prescriptions updated/refilled. Carrie was as kind as could be and straightened everything out for me with a smile if I might add..
Thank you Avia and Carrie! Customers with bad reviews need to be patient as employees are trying but so many stores are under staffed and the employees working are doing their best. A smile goes a long way.”
