They have been understanding and discussed their challenges in detail. I have (probably exhaustively) explained my issues with some of their procedures. But I am happy with the adjustments made and appreciate the staffs efforts. So am adjusting my review.
Been a client of this vet office for nearly 30 years. Since the new leadership has taken over, the personal care has been dramatically reduced. After trying to get a allergy treatment for my dog for months and trying to get them to order it. On the day to pick up the meds and be instructed on the meds use I was 16 minutes late due to traffic. Was called as I parked that they canceled my appointment and I shouldn't bother walking in.

1439 Odenton Rd, OdentonVery crowded on a mid-October Saturday afternoon. After parking well down the street, I learned there was a wedding reception. The lot appeared large enough for normal days.
Firstn my extreme gratitude to sever Alexa who warned me the French fries are coated and not gluten-free. She also made sure the ice cream for my nut allergy granddaughter was as uncontaminated as possible.
My hideway burger (no bun) was very juicy and cooked to medium perfection. My wife had a crabby potato that had to weigh at least two pounds. I don't understand mixing crab meat and pork, but she enjoyed the mix. My daughter hardly made a dent in her four pieces of smoked fried chicken although she liked the flavor. I think she should have skipped the blueberry rib appetizer and eaten more of her meal. Grandkids and Mac and cheese. Enough said.
Parking: I'm just amazed at the crowd today. The lot is a good size but was filled, as was the street for a long way

8251 Telegraph Rd Suite D, OdentonThe Donna tonight for the win! Ordered a well-done pizza -- perfect flavors, thin crust, fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious. The fire-grilled wings with hot honey Old Bay seasoning were bursting with flavor and grilled to a perfect crisp. So glad I finally tried this spot! I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of their pizza options. Beer drinkers will be happy with their selection, and they offer a small but thoughtful variety of wines that pair perfectly with the meal. Highly recommend! Service was great.

1696 Annapolis Rd, OdentonNo volcano chicken on the menu so had to try a new dish. Chicken phuket was amazing and will be my new go to dish. Very, very busy (a few dining in, but mostly people waiting for take out) and still excellent service. Dining room was clean. Parked in the rear, and ground was covered with kitty litter to soak up a grease spill. Afraid to eat here a 2nd time because I don't know how the food could be any better.

2288 Blue Water Blvd Ste A, OdentonWe LOVE Bruster's! I'm Dairy Free so it's such a joy to have an ice cream shop in the neighborhood that serves such a variety of flavors. So far I've tried the Dairy Free Strawberry, Dairy Free Coffee, and Peach Sorbet and they're all 5/5! Super flavorful without the stomach issues! My daughter also loves their cookie/chocolate ice creams and my partner loves their Blast! The service is always amazing and the staff are super accommodating and friendly!
