This orthodontist left much to be desired and had me get unnecessary extractions and I had to pay another ortho to fix her work.

They rude, unprofessional and they make you to lose time just to pay the bill when you can do it at home. Definitely not recommended.

Receptionist is super unprofessional and extremely rude. I wish I can talked to head of the clinic because we are trying to schedule an appropiate time and receptionist said i can not come in at the time that I choose it has to be at the time she says. She is not trying to help me find or reschedule.

This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to. I had my braces completed in 2018 and I called to get a new retainer because the clear plastic retainer must get replaced ever couple of years. The receptionist said that I was not allowed to schedule appointments and could not explain why except for the fact that I canceled an appointment last minute last year. If they are really banning people from rescheduling because of a canceled or no show appointment they don't deserve to be in business. All they had to do was require that I pay a no show fee and schedule me, but its alright! I see that I am not the only one disgusted with their office.

I have read many reviews about terrible customer service, to a certain extent this is true. Trying to get someone on the phone n schedule appointments was a hassle throughout the pandemic. My daughter had a popped bracket for months because of that. But once covid settled in a bit more, it has not been that bad. I've been treated very kindly, I've missed appts n was simply charged the $25 fee, on many occasions the fee was waived. Today my daughter is getting her braces removed and receiving a retainer. If anything happens that falls in line with other reviews of poor braces treatment I will update this review. But as of now , the staff properly communicated the process, what to expect during any appointments, have treated me kindly and professionally.

Worst place ever the orthodontist messed up my teeth so bad. Waste of money and still need braces all over again from a real orthodontist. Please save your money, yes it’s cheaper but the results is terrible. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE if you want the best results for your teeth!

First and foremost, I just recently read the previous reviews....I must say I totally agree with them. I paid a lot of money as well. I had braces to close a gap I had on the side of my mouth....I asked for clear braces. They gave me clear at the top but then the silver metal ones at the bottom but charged me as if I had both clear braces on the top and bottom. When I got my braces removed, the orthodontist took off some of my enamel. When I went to my primary dentist and asked why certain teeth had patches on them....that's when I was told my enamel was taken off! I was very disappointed! My daughter has also received treatment from this office and during the pandemic, I tried to call to make payments and no one returned my calls. Then, when my daughter went for one of her routine visits the receptionist was nasty and threaten to not service her for non-payment! Needless, to say I got the pay-off balance and paid them off prior to my daughter getting her braces off. Another thing, I wasn't aware that they put permanent retainers in automatically without giving you a heads-up. As a parent, I would have liked to decide rather not I wanted my daughter to have a permanent retainer. Also, due to the COVID restrictions the office has in place I stayed in the car while they were taking off my daughter's braces. I should not have stayed in the car! Side note: not every child is irresponsible... the orthodontist told me that permanent retainers are common practice for younger patients because they have a tendency to lose retainers. If I knew they were going to do this I would've went in, regardless of their COVID restrictions. I read many bad reviews about permanent retainers (causes bad breath and not easy to floss between the cemented areas etc.). I wanted to make the decision on my own for her. The (assistant) did not even explain to my daughter that she was getting a permanent retainer. The assistant just preceded to put the cement and wire in her mouth for the permanent retainer. This office is rude and not very forthcoming!! I have a son who needs braces but I will NOT USE their services again! I feel like they have cheated me in my treatment and didn't give me the best treatment (due to the fact my enamel was scrapped off during my take off process). For my daughter, they just totally did whatever they wanted and treated us rudely on numerous occasions. If at all possible do your research before using this office. At all possible go somewhere else!! They DO NOT appreciate your hard earned money and they don't treat the patients with the respect we deserve! I wish it was an option to give a half a star or no star at all!

Do not recommend this place at all. They do not make things very clear. They choose which policies to enforce and with who. I say this because I was told that they sometime enforce certain things but could not apply it to me. Staff is unprofessional. I’ve had to wait to get what I needed done because the woman wanted to complain to her coworker about how her table from another job wanted to tip with a gift card. They are rude when you point out the inconsistencies with their actions and policies. Just go somewhere else. If you have a reasonable issue, they will tell you to go somewhere else as well. They blame customers and do not take responsibility. I’ve had to go back twice to get my wire retainer fixed.

Nice staff but horrible work was told by dentist they took my braces off to early that they needed to be put back on same thing happened to a friend. Permanent retainer was put on horribly my teeth are now pushed out due to the retainer being crooked. My siblings teeth didn’t look any better either.

So sad and disappointed every time I look in the mirror! This orthodontist does not have a clue of what she is doing. She made my smile worse after two yrs of treatment. I paid a lot of money to have a messed up smile. I trusted this person. DO NOT GO TO THIS ORTHODONTIST! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I am hiring a lawyer for malpractice to receive somewhat of a refund. This orthodontist is a FRAUD!!!! Take your children or yourselves elsewhere!

Pecalove is run by Patricia! She is a loving woman who welcomes you with open arms. Her studio is colorful and cozy. I really enjoyed getting back into Yoga today with her instructor Kimber!
