I ended up at the wrong Auto Spa, but once I arrived Bryce gave us a complementary wash. The staff was very polite and I will come back, not only because I got a complementary wash, but because the customer service was amazing!

I would give them no stars if I could. I figured this would be a little more than an automatic brush wash considering the price and way the business presents itself, but that was wrong.
My truck came out of the wash with way more scratches than it entered with, and there were many portions of the car that the brushes despite how abrasive they were, did not reach. The brushes also tried to rip the mirrors off my truck and flipped them backwards on top of putting swirls into the clear coat. Would've been pretty neat to see an employee standing by the exit for cars as they come through to see how the wash is cleaning them or if the bristles are destroying cars paint, and maybe even flip peoples mirrors back out so they don't have to stop after immediately exiting the wash. .
If they had a touchless wash/option and it was automatic, I'd probably consider maintaining my membership but for now this is no different than a run of the mill gas station car wash.

Really like this location because it’s close to my house. I give it 5 stars because I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff are always courteous and on top of their job. The location is always clean and the equipment is always in working order. My only gripe about this location is that the vacuum area is too small. I’ve never counted but I doubt more than 10-12 cars fit in the lot and at high volume periods. There’s always a line which inevitably causes congestion. But other than that great place to be a member.

Fantastic staff and support at Odenton Auto Spa, especially from Bryce K (on-site manager) who really went above & beyond helping me out with some tough grime on the car - additionally, the guy was all over the place taking care of trash, cloths, vacuums line queuing, and other customers. Appreciate his attention to detail and overall great customer service.

We pulled in with a tire full of air, and left with the tire with a hole in it. They refused to take any responsibility despite a video clearly showing the fault is on their part. If you value your car, do NOT visit this auto shop.

I had some terrible stains all over my car & The first Wash didn’t work for me so the manager Jon was very nice and he wiped my car by hand. Super grateful for his kindness
