“My iPhone 11 Pro got stuck in a loop showing the Apple logo, and I couldn’t get a quick fix from any nearby Apple stores or authorized retailers. Luckily, I found an AT&T retailer at where Terrance quickly identified the issue and checked my account. It turned out I was due for an upgrade, and Terrance expertly sold me on the iPhone 15 Pro and some great accessories, all under $100. He set up my new device in just 15 minutes, and I made it to work on time. Terrance at the Glen Burnie AT&T store was fantastic, and I'll definitely return for future service.”

She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.

“I came to the store to change from my carrier Tr to AT&T. DeAndre showed great patience in dealing with the support center of Tr. The support center of Tr frequently did not understand the clearly expressed requests of DeAndre or used a convoluted approach to get the information we needed. It took over 45 minutes to get the information. DeAndre made sure that the change in service was completed fully before I left the store.
I believed he understood what I wanted and worked as expeditiously as possible to change my service. He kept his composure through repeated requests by Tr support for basic information. I felt he wanted to provide quality service rather than pushing me quickly out the door.
I would seek him out if I have other problems!”

Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.
