The technician was excellent, and I rate her as 5.
The wait time as a walk-in was quicker than expected, and I would rate that at 4+.
The electronic sign-in interface was good, but not great, rate that 3.
The lack of information after signing-in and waiting to be called was horrible, and rates a 0. After signing in, my name appeared on a TV monitor with a few other names, which I thought was the wait list. I stepped away to browse medications two aisles over, and came back to a TV screen list with no names at all. I wondered if I was rejected and kicked-off the list, or I missed my name being called. There was another man there waiting who experienced the same thing. There was no apparent way to check on our status, and myanxiety started climbing. Eventually my name was called, and I got my blood drawn quickly and expertly.

I walked in signed up waited an hour watched my name disappear on the screen and then re-checked and told them. They then proceeded to take all walk ins before me. I left.

To the supervisor or manager of the Odenton location,
I would like to bring to your attention an incident involving a staff member, an African American woman with long red braids. I had been waiting for an hour for a specimen drop off. When she finally opened the door, I politely informed her of my wait time. However, she rudely replied that she was the only one there and then slammed the door in my face. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me, claiming she had no name tag, and then demanded my insurance card in front of everyone. Her behavior caused two people in the waiting area to leave, and the entire room was filled with patients who had been waiting for over half an hour past their appointment times with no one being called. I have photos and videos of the incident, and I suggest checking the store's security cameras for further evidence.

I arrived before my time, I was called back at/on time. Primarily, the phlebotomist was spectacular, no pain on the poke, no pain for vile change, no pain with needle removal. She's a shorter black woman who knows her job. Good luck, hope you get her.

Technician hid away from waiting patients beginning at 11:30. She was outside. We thought because she was outside there was someone else inside servicing patients. They go on lunch break from 12:30 to 1. By 12:10 she came back. Patients had to knock on the door to get status. The only reason we were seen before she shut down for lunch is because all other patients walked away after her dismissive attitude. First time here. Could’ve been an off day but horrible experience nonetheless.

I need to understand how this location continuously gets 1-star reviews about their rude techs and still decides not to do anything. Seriously, where do you find these people??????

Horrible service. Got here 30 minutes before closing and she says she is done for the day. I just needed routine blood work. Change the hours if you are going to shutdown early!!! Some people work for a living. This locationhas a pattern of doing this. Did the same thing 3 months ago.

Broken check in screen. Zero concern from the rude staff. Walk in taken before appointment time. What's the point of an appointment if it doesn't help to manage time? Nothing but wasted time.Too many other locations. Not coming back.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the techs. Rude behavior and the communication just makes your blood pressure high from their lack of service and care. Even though this lapcorp facility is less than 2 minutes away from me…I will definitely not be coming back here until they hire new technicians, new supervisor that shows respect and are there to genuinely help their clients/patients!

I was there early, signed in and on their board as checked in. The technician showed up 15 minutes LATE and removed my name and proceeded to call the next in line. She would open door wide enough only to call a name then closed it quickly. At no point did she address anything to me and she ignored me when I tried to speak to her. I need fasting blood work that my doctor SENT TO LABCORP. If this is an example of Your business, there is no way you should have any rating but a ZERO!
