We have been using Wilson in Odenton for years for our family vehicles for tires, maintenance, oil changes etc. I took our most recent car purchase (2022 Hyundai) in for a tire issue that was not correctly fixed at the dealership and because Hyundai’s service has been nothing but terrible. They scheduled me quickly and had me in and out. Issue resolved!! They are always professional, explain everything in detail and very fair in their pricing. Highly recommend!!

I sent my daughter there to get two front tires. They didn't give her any options and sold her the most expensive tires they "only" had. Gave her a qoute which she agreed on then charges another 100$ .🤔🤔

Great Services, Professional and Honest.
Had a brake issues went to two different mechanics changing rotor, brakes, etc. and spent bunch of money to find out in few weeks everything is broken again.
Went to Wilson Tire and Auto Services, they did a through inspection and found the root of the issues was cause by the old brake fluid hose for 50 bucks, (Best 50 bucks i spent on the car ever!) Fixed everything up in 4 hours, and i never have a brake issues since. Highly recommended

Ordered wheels online, and they were very helpful and informative on every phone call. Process was smooth and easy the whole way through from questions, to scheduling, to receiving the service. They left me feeling that they are people that take pride in their work and doing things right.

My tire pressure was low due to the cold weather. A kind gentleman named Shelton quickly assisted me. He checked the pressure on all of my tires, filled them with air, and offered practical advice on maintaining my tires throughout the seasons. I appreciate his service with a smile that helped me get safely on my way. Thank you Sheldon.

I've brought my past few cars here for oil changes and other regular maintenance and recently used them to replace a tire. I've always appreciated their patience with my questions; they're honest and friendly and their prices are reasonable. I like their location, too -- the wait usually isn't long, but if I'm getting more work done I can walk to the shopping center about a block away.

I have brought multiple vehicles to your stores over the years , primarily Bowie where I always was treated like family by Tom and James. Once that store closed I made sure to try to keep up with musical chairs of employees at your other locations but never really getting the same service I once felt from those two gentlemen who I prayed were not displaced when the store closed.The counter person of this store could not talk down more to me if he tried, such a shame because I never received that treatment before, guess you’ll just hire anyone now a days. Time to go elsewhere.

I've had balance issues with 35's on my Jeep Wrangler. Wilson Tire and Service did a force variation balance that did the trick, a lot less weights, and no more wheel vibration. This is the 3rd place I've had them balance. I'll be back for sure.

I had my car serviced here and overall I had a good experience. The pricing was reasonable considering the work that I needed done. Gave four stars because they called a couple of times to add on things that I needed. I would have preferred for them to take a complete look at the car and then share everything needed to repair/service all at once. I will definitely come back for tires and oil changes.

Over charged for 2 wheel rims. Even dealership was cheaper. Should have shopped around.This after buying 4 new tires earlier this year.

Do not use this place, they’re overpriced and lazy. They couldn’t even put my spare tire back up underneath the truck after getting 4 brand new tires. Not to mention they couldn’t do my oil change because the truck wouldn’t fit on the lift, but they lifted it to take the tires off. I don’t get that one.
