“Neat, clean, organized, stocked, doesnt even begin to describe this store. The store always looks beautiful and well stocked. The staff is always friendly. This store should be the standard for all dollar tree stores. They do an amazing job. I go out of my way to come here because I know they will have everything I want and need and beyond and the staff will always be friendly”

“Great stuff for a $1.25, the only problem is I always leave spending lots more then just a $1.25 because the bargains are so great :) Great staff, the manager Jess is super helpful and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist the customers. She doesn't hesitate to jump on a register if it gets busy and will always treat you with the respect you deserve. When she isn't ringing up customers she is always on the floor stocking the shelves so she can always be found close by.”

... First things first, I moved here from Florida and the Dollar generals in Anne Arundel county and in Baltimore area are so so much better than the ones in Central Florida!
They seem to sell everything from quality bras and comfortable underwear. To medicines to name brand makeup to baby things to furniture, lamps to all name brand types of food, cereals, ice creams, great priced milk even almond milk!
In this particular one off Veterans highway in Millersville, MD. Everybody is always so nice and so helpful and they genuinely want you to save money and explain the quality of your savings If you download the app.
The only reason I haven't visited more often is because I'm a forgetful person and it's not right around the corner from you. Now that I've gone there a couple times to doordash and deliver for other people, I am definitely a true believer in this store and I even got the app.
You can get cash back! And I mean good cash back. For example, they'll tell you, you can earn $3 off Venus four pack razors and the razors will only be $6!!! Other full price convenient and grocery stores, they're I think somewhere from 12 to 16 bucks!! So in retrospect you're only paying $3 for these razors at any Dollar General ( at least for this week's special ? ) because they're giving you immediately another $3 to go spend in their store!!!!! It doesn't get much better than that ? but the nice and friendly and helpful employees really make it a thousand times better than any other discount store I can think of at this time! Or really any store. They definitely raise the bar for quality. Kind friendly, helpful customer service!
To clarify, I do not know anybody that works there. I have never worked here. I've only been in this store four times. This is truly how impressed I am with this store and this location particularly ?
I wish I could remember the name of the young man working Sunday June 23rd, 2024 evening to closing shift, at the register.... because he was terrific!!!! If Dollar general sees this and knows the person's name, please let me know so I can give them a shout out in this review because they gave terrific, joyful, efficient customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the app while still keeping up with a line and being the only person on the register! And doing all with a smile and genuinely and authentically seemed to love what they do and moved helping people which I think is fantastic!!”
“When I was in this store it hit me-- this store is still laid out in the OLD Design from decades ago! Which brought me great nostaglia! :) 4 starts only because the old layout does bring smaller & tight aisles, which makes things seem like they're right ontop of each other and somewhat messy. Other than that, great store! I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The man at the register was super nice!”
“As far as lower priced stores go, this is my go to place. There are other stores in the shopping center but this Dollar General is kept well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff has always been pleasant to me. They greet me when I enter and whenever I've needed help locating an item or asking if they carry something, they've always been wonderful and helpful. I regularly come through here whether it be grabbing something specific or just browsing. It's definitely a store that has what I need, when I need it.”

“I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”

“This store is a breath of fresh air!! It was organized, neat, clean and well stocked. The gentleman that helped me was very well mannered and assisted me quickly.I will never shop at the one in Bowie, until they are able to reach this standard. And that says a lot as I live right across the street and would rather drive 10 minutes to a clean and friendly store. Please keep up the great work!”
“This is the most organized and well laid out dollar tree that I have ever been to! You forget that you're even in a discount store as you stroll through the aisles. And then an even bigger treat was the new self checkout machines at the front. Very classy Crofton Dollar Tree!!! I will certainly be back. The shelves were stocked well and so clean .”
“Great place to get just about anything you need. You can get everything from food to pet care clothes and even party supplies. I was even able to find vitamins there as well as allergy medicine for way less then even Walmart. The employees were very professional and helpful unlike most stores where you can not find an employee to help and if you do they are either unhelpful or say sorry not my department. So save yourself the frustration and avoid the stressful lines and go to Family Dollar and get everything you need for a great price and you leave happy instead of exhausted!?”
“You can find so much here from home decor to household items, holiday/ seasonal things, pantry & food, clothing, etc: They even have Ravens stuff there now. This is my neighborhood Fam $. Cashiers & guy always sitting by door are very friendly. Prices have gone up but they pretty much have everywhere. You have to get there sometimes before things are bought out & they restock but basically this is a really cool, decent Fam $.”
“Service: the young lady that waited on me was polite. Her children were calling on her phone but it didn't bother me. Selection: they have a good selection of items that you may not want to pay alot for. This store seems to always be cluttered with carts of stock items near the front Value: I usually get my paper products here. Paper towels, napkins and bathroom tissue is a great value. Why pay alot for things you're throwing in the trash Laundry detergent and other name brand household items are a great value at family dollar. - they use brown paper bags with no handles here. Bring your own shopping bags because you can't take the shopping carts out to your car.”
“Definitely the next best Dollar Tree in the area. Fully stocked and organized unlike so many other Dollar Tree stores. And on this day 5/9/24 the employees were polite as well. Everyone that entered the store knew the cashier and spoke to her as if they know her personally. Based off of other reviews it seems like this store is a hit or miss at times. It definitely was a hit on this day! So glad it was for me because I have no problem turning on my heels and leaving.”

“This is a great store friendly staff very helpful courteous and the store is always clean stocked up and the prices and quality of the merchandise is great . They have just about everything you need . The last time I went I found Centrum One a Day Gummy Vitamins for only $5 I was paying $12 for the exact same quantity at Walgreens and if you don't mind generics it's even cheaper. I also get a lot of my pet supplies here and they always have them in stock at great prices. I highly recommend going.”
“First time visiting this Dollar Tree store, and it was pretty big. The store was clean and organized. It is located next to the Goodwill store on Ritchie Highway. The place was well stocked with a good variety of products. They have a nice aisle of greeting cards. Their snack aisle was also very big. This location also has a Dairy and Frozen Food section. The outside parking lot is nice and spacious, so it's not congested like some Dollar Tree parking lots are. The cashier was friendly and courteous.”
“Not every store that has the name "Dollar" in front of it is a S1 store. the Dollar Tree stores are always $1 or less. Some things maybe a little higher. However, stores like Dollar General, Dollar Shop, etc yes the names are deceiving, but nothing is $1. I go to this store when I need certain things, if I can't find an item and ask the owners or cashier they're often helpful.”

“This location is approximately 20 minutes away but it'll be my new favorite location! They inventory was stocked and a wide sort of items I don't see at my nearby store. Parking lot was full mid-day but thankfully there's parking available on the side of the building. My cashier Kim was super friendly and tried to keep the checkout line moving.”

“Clean store with lots of products. However, I went to find a valentine's card for my father and there were only two to choose from, one being a kids card and the other more adult. There were tons of cards for moms though.”
