I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was unprofessional and rude, asking for my personal information—name and date of birth—from a desk far from the counter, making it easy for everyone to overhear. This lack of discretion was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Additionally, the overall customer service was poor, with a dismissive attitude that suggested they preferred customers go elsewhere. I would not recommend this pharmacy

The pharmacy’s customer service at CVS on Telegraph Road is appalling! They don't answer their phone and ignore customers standing in front of them, treating them as if they're invisible. A simple acknowledgement would be nice, but instead, they don't even bother looking up. I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere as soon as possible. They get a one star score because I can not give them less.

I had a wonderful experience at CVS in Odenton again. Most times I go there early and am almost always greeted by Avia with a smile.. She is ever so helpful, kind and professional. She is definitely an asset to CVS. Then I had to go to the pharmacy to have a few prescriptions updated/refilled. Carrie was as kind as could be and straightened everything out for me with a smile if I might add..
Thank you Avia and Carrie! Customers with bad reviews need to be patient as employees are trying but so many stores are under staffed and the employees working are doing their best. A smile goes a long way.

Made an order online for pickup at this store. It was easy to order. Within 30 min my items were available for pick up. I picked up my items the next day. The cashier was all smiles and welcoming. She scanned the bag with my name on it and handed me my purchases. Very quick and easy. I love going to this CVS. I am always greeted when I walk in. I always receive great service at this CVS.

So, I was here yesterday. I’m out of town. But I needed my epipen has I had used it up few days prior.
I went into the pharmacy and needed help to access my insurance cause I didn’t want to pay over $100 for this medication. Anyway James, shanaya? and the black female pharmacist with the locs were very helpful. It took about an hour of back and forth with insurance but they did it. They made calls tried everything. And I finally got my medication! Thanks guys!

The manager that wears the bow tie, I forgot his name but he is always so friendly and helpful to me. He spent patiently, a couple of weeks ago, helping me with my son’s college graduation pictured postcards. He was a doll.

The pharmacy employees are very frustrating to work with. Not to mention Austin, the pharmacy manager, is the worst of them. Make sure you ask them to apply your insurance or else they'll sell it to you for the retail price.

This pharmacy is one to avoid! For years, it's been staffed with poorly-trained workers and their high turnover rate is indicative of the culture here.
Today, a staff member, Anna, was so inexplicably rude that I ended up at Patient First after I left the CVS unable to breathe. I had just left my doctor's office and went to CVS to pick up medications, so to have to go to another health care provider right after shows the level of distress I experienced at this CVS.
Providers don't like to send prescriptions there and patients don't want to pick up their meds there.
Enough is enough.
I will be contacting corporate on Monday.

Worst place ever!!!!! To fill a prescription ! Every one that works there is so hateful in my opinion it’s very disappointing! And they mismanage prescriptions it’s sad! Boost the morale already!!

Pharmacy is terrible. They don't know what they are talking about they are no help ever and a wreck there. Bounding all over the place and nobody can answer ur questions or answer the phone. Do not go here for their pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They take forever to fill a prescription, have messed up my prescription and caused a copay issue with my insurance, and their customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Staff were quick, kind, and responsive. Even with a long line, I was in and out with my prescription in 5 minutes!

Last two months I have not been able to get insulin from CVS. They won't pick up the phone if you call. The last two months they had a box of my insulin at different stores but instead of them transferring it, we had to drive all over. Not sure if you're aware, CVS, but some of us need insulin to live. 30 years diabetic and never ran out of insulin until CVS. Removing all of my prescriptions. Bad pharmacy. Oh, and they have done nothing to rectify.
