“I always have a great experience here. It's been several years since I've encountered a car wash with dedicated staff to wipe down the car. This wash has someone prespray your car before going in the wash, and then someone else who does a full car wipe down when you exit. You also get a free token for vacuum. Prices are cheap and the staff are polite and professional. Keep a look out for the "weather station" as you exit the wash, it'll give you a good laugh, but it's never been wrong. Keep up the good work guys.”

“First off, I was greeted and warm energy and professionalism. The owner didn’t try to up-sale or give me what you wouldn’t need but the service that fit my needs and driving style. The shop is clean and organized; products are the best you would find in a certified premium shop.The prices are decent for the service given and being a veteran myself, this company offers a discount for military members! I received the ceramic coating service, for my 2023 Infiniti Q50 Red-sport. My vehicles paint compared to GLASS and my special ordered carbon pieces were handled with care. The shop kept my vehicle secure over night and even during the day and the coating completed and cured within a timely manner.
I plan to bring my other vehicles here for details, coatings etc. May, the pictures speak for themselves! Check them out! Highly recommend!”

“Great place. I discovered it years ago when I was in the Glen Burnie area more. I live in Mount Rainier now, but will head over if I'm out in Crofton/Gambrills. Sunady, Mother's Day 2025, Fred helped me plug a tire that had been punctuated. Free plug and free air. Class. Act. It was my Number 1 car wash before Sunday. Now even more. But all the people working there that I have met over the years have been great. ?????. 5 is my favorite number. So 5 is my max compliment. ?”

“I brought in my old 2014 Subaru Forester with a lot of caked on grime on the console, and I was stunned by what they were able to accomplish with only $28 for interior detailing. That, the carpet vacuuming, and the black ice scent they offered made the car feel new.
I’d been holding off on getting my car detailed thinking it would cost an arm and a leg, but they changed my mind and I will definitely be back!”
“Love this carwash. Staff is great. Only critic is the machine doesn't get the back side of my vehicle very well. Which could be resolved with the operators doing a better job with the brush in the beginning of the wash

Will no longer be a member at this car wash. As 0f late the last 4 times I've went through this wash it has been bending my mirrors back . I figured maybe it's a one off occurrence.. happened a second time.. so I preceded to inform staff of whats happening and was told they would contact management. I go back again and it happens still , so the young lady working that day called her manager with me right there to talk to her and she assured me that it would be addressed and that maybe folding in my mirror would help. So we tried that and it still hit so hard that it opened my mirror back up and backwards.. this time finally scratching my mirror all up . Apparently the management at this establishment could care less about our expensive investment in our vehicles.. so I will be canceling this evening and advise anyone who cares for their vehicles to do the same... this review is in no way a reflection of the day to day staff .. they are still great and are in no way responsible for the damage.. but the management is another thing .. I've told them 5 times about this issue with zero response..”

“If you're using the self service bay for the first time, take a minute to read all the signs and buttons and figure out what you're supposed to do *before* starting your timer! I had no idea what I was doing, but my car got nice and clean anyway, lol. I'll do better next time. Only $5 for 5 minutes.
The high pressure wash with the soap included was so fast and effective. I'm a smaller person, so I've literally never washed the roof of my car...until today, because the sprayer reaches all the way to the top of the car easily. Next time, I'll bring my own sponge and some towels to dry off my car so I don't have to run the handheld dryer for so long. Thanks for a great, affordable car wash option!”

“I didn’t use the car wash’s services but I wanted to acknowledge the gentleman that was working lastnight around 745- 8PM. I was looking for an air pump for my tires and the gas stations in the area have all broken down machines or someone stole a piece off of it. He did advise that they don’t offer tire pump service but this gentleman went out of his way to ensure my tire was pumped properly and I could make it home safely. I will become a regular customer of this car wash as long as that man is there . I hate that I was so upset that I didn’t even ask his name. But THANK YOU SIR”

“Blue Water Car Wash is GREAT… & CLEAN! I went on 7/4 expecting it to be a REAL circus. It was not! Drove right up to the machine & paid, then drove around to enter the actual car wash. The stud who waived me into it was real chill! Shout out to her & her smile! Car wash was quick & painless. Hadn’t washed the Terrain in over a year, so it was an absolute mess. I had to do a bunch of wiping, BUT the car wash had great FREE amenities… blower, vacuum & ALL the towels I could use. Will certainly be going back! THANK YOU BWCW! See you again SOON!”

This place is amazing; I had tiny dots of tree sap all over the car and one touchless wash got rid of all of it. The water pressure is high and it cleans really well. “I have been using this facility for 15 years, It is always open and clean. Cost of all services is reasonanable.
I have always difficulty to exit and make a left turn. I hate the next door vehicle machanic/inspection station's rude attitide of parking cars close to curb. These ever parked cars block the visibility of vehicles coming towards north. Its so dangerous and will cause accidents surely. So I suggest the WaterWork managment to lodge strong complaints for this traffic violation created by nearby by shoppers.”

I usually do the self bay But due to a leg injury that has gotten worse I did the touchless car wash For $15 for us I did it with my SUV. Did a great job cleaning it took my car I took my Dodge Challenger, I cleaned it so well, it It got all the salt off from the vehicle thank you so much guys”
