I was referred to this location to get my clothes cleaned. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. I can't even get a greeting or a smile. And they are overpriced. I was testing two cleaners because I just moved to the area. Well I had two pair of linen pants to be cleaned. I brought one here and they charged me $8.99 for cleaning & creasing. I took the other pair of pants to another cleaners and it was $5.99 for cleaning & creasing. And this other location I went to was very welcoming. I won't be back here. But the cleaning and creasing was on point at Bill's. So I did give them a 3. But customer service is important.

This is the best dry cleaner I've ever used. They have next day service as the standard for most things. There are also on site tailoring/alteration services. All my dry cleaning and tailoring is done here. Great prices and excellent service. They do all things military and other work uniforms

Bill's is my go-to place for drycleaning whether in a hurry or not VERY Professional, they know what they're doing and the price is fair. I trust them with my sensitive clothes. I've never had any random or new mystery stains show up as I've had at other cleaners, 10\10 always recommend them.

I've been coming to Bill's for over 5 years. The service is impeccable. I tried some of the $1.95 drycleaner brands and was highly dissatisfied. Bill's gets the job done! My clothes are pressed and spotless. They have great attention to detail which I appreciate. Please come to this location for proper drycleaning services. You won't regret it.
