A few years ago I was comparing rates and Alex asked that I give him a chance to review my existing policy with another well know company to what he could provide. My other company had been competitive for years but I thought it was worth a shot. Well Alex came back, let me know I was under insured and offered me a better Allstate policy (Home, Auto, & Umbrella). Much to my surprise the policy was actually less expensive. Alex reviewed the policy with me over the phone with all the details of the coverage but to be honest I thought Insurance was Insurance and I was just paying attention to rates and coverage amounts.
Then a few weeks ago a storm went through with heavy winds and my neighbors LARGE tree blew over and landed on my roof crashing through the kitchen and dining room. At this point all the repairs have started but the best thing I found out was how good of coverage Alex had provided me with the policy. Turns out I had the Enhanced Home Plan (I didn't know there were other plans) which offers SO MANY benefits. Contents have full replacement value, there is more than sufficient funds to cover repairs and temporary (6 months) housing and there is rate guard so that my premiums will not go up due to the claim. Believe me I couldn't be more thankful.
While somewhat corny -- I have to say "I was in good Hands with (Alex/Allstate)"

Went into Alex's office, without an appt, to get some advice on a claim and he spent a respectful amount of time reviewing all my policies and ended up saving me money by adjusting some deductibles. He is passionate about helping any Allstate customer with their insurance needs even if they have a different assigned Allstate agent. Unfortunately I cannot make him my assigned agent but he told me I've was always welcome to contact him with any insurance claims. If you need a good agent, contact Alex.
