I always want to support my locally owned stores. I give Ace all my business. Ace Hardware of Odenton is no exception until my last visit. I bought an item and the total for the one item was $1.01. I had a fifty, a twenty and a dollar. I asked if they had a penny, the worker said no. I asked if I had to break a twenty for one cent? He replied I guess so. Seriously!! $18.99 change. I'm rethinking my loyalty to this local store. Home Depot isn't that far.

It's always great to go here. Simple, easy, and fast. They greet you and ask you if you need help. Bam. They show you were to go and go with you. No wasting time motto I think they have.

Awesome little hardware store. Been there at least two dozen times to fix stuff around the house, every time some employee greets me, asks what I need (and knows where it is!!). Prices are slightly higher than driving to the big box stores but honestly, its totally worth it. Needed a part to fix my toilet yesterday, was in and out in 3 minutes; i would have spent 30 minutes at Lowes just trying to find the stupid part.For a small foot print they do have a surprisingly large number of parts for most basic home repairs.Lastly, the staff, just awesome, always super helpful. Can't compliment them enough.

Huge thank you to the staff.I was having difficulty locating a steel tree stand to put on hold for me when I got off work. Called in the morning at open, and held it for me until 2pm.They came through! And super helpful.

Great "Hometown" feel they have 1 or 2 of everything you need, and if they don't have it, you don't need it.
