Coastal Drug Pharmacy is the standard by which all should follow. They are very professional and supportive. The team is very nice and always work to ensure you have the best service. Any time I have issues with my insurance they ensure we navigate the process and receive the support me and my family require. So glad I found this pharmacy !!!!!!

My husband and I recently transferred all of our prescriptions from CVS to here. Hands down best service ever. Very friendly, speedy and accommodating. It’s like going back in time because everyone in the store works hard and wants to help.

I’ve used this incredible “mom & pop” pharmacy for over a year now, since moving to the Eastern Shore from Dallas, Texas, a couple years ago. They have been nothing but helpful, attentive, willing to go the extra mile & just always sympathetic and understanding of your current situation. Most pharmacies just see you as a dollar sign, not part of our village out here. We’re grateful for the phenomenal staff at Coastal drug. We appreciate y’all

I arrived on vacation and got sick. Costal drugs had a nebulizer and the solution for it when the big box pharmacys did not. Amazing and friendly service. Thank you for saving my vacation.

After going to chain pharmacies for so many years it has been a game changer using Coastal Drug. They truly care about their patients and take the time to communicate and explain each medication. Anytime I have had any questions regarding prescriptions, over the counter medicines, or medical issues the pharmacists do not hesistate to assist and provide a consultation. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a more personal experience.

Were aggressive about requiring my mother’s (95)credit card info, which I resisted. Received a statement with no explanation of insurance benefits. I called inquiring as to this info. They refused twice to provide me (poa) with this info. When I informed them I would not pay without this info they implied they would send it to collections. I am a retired doctor and have never encountered such nasty, ridiculous behavior. Intimidation is not a strategy I will abide,. Avoid. Read your response: I never spoke with the pharmacist, nor did my wife. I am on a ventilator and very seldom "speak" with anyone. Previous months, at the previous pharmacy had been paid by insurance. I just asked, multiple times, why it appeared the insurance paid nothing. Your employee was argumentative and reuse to help me. I suspect it was too soon, after her previous fills. My pharmacy tells me if they are unable to do fills becasue not enough time has elapsed. I have several life critical meds, which I can not do without, and so keep many extra.. I would have paiu this if I had gotten an explanation, and civil dialog. I was only after this I said I would not pay without this info. Your employee was rude and unhelpful. I am in Delaware and legally recorded my conversation. Because of the poor way I was treated I will never pay this bill for my mother. It wasn't even that much money. Do your worst.

It's such a pleasure dealing with the folks at Coastal Drug. They are quick , accurate and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. After having dealt with Walgreens and Walmart, this place is a breath of fresh air.
