I dont understand how this place is so perfect! The customer service is lively in a calm oceanside sort of way, with a hint of respect and a subtle touch of eagerness to help. This is a goldilocks easter egg for sure! Not too city, not too country, juuuust right.

My sister and I went to get wine while in OC on vacation. Mike in the wine department greeted us right away, was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We will be back to see Mike every time we come to OC!

I was looking for a specific wine and they had it. I wanted two bottles but they only had one. They called another store and had them hold it for me. The customer service was awesome!

Just left with my Husband spoke to Vera when I entered and she didn’t speak back!!!! and when going to check out Vera wouldn’t let him purchase drink even though he had ID!!!

You have a company policy of “No Vertical ID’s” but you have a scanner that can clearly identify whether or not the ID is valid or not. I got sent to this store specifically because they have a scanner. I walk in, and immediately I see a large man, treating his young female coworker like an idiot as she does the dirty work and he socializes with a drunk regular. I walk up with my case, he goes “what up buddy”, asks for my ID, then laughs at me? says “I can’t take that dude, look at you”? Sure. I’m 21 years old. But I know what stupid looks like and I know what an a**hole acts like. Regardless of your horrible employee giving an absolute horrible customer experience, buy your locations scanners. And if you already have them like the neighbor beer stores said, use them and ditch your stupid company policy if you have a f***ing scanner.
