Feel fortunate that I found West O Auto! Jake obviously knows cars! Besides the belt issue that needed attention, he checked my brakes and did an engine light check for me, too. Within 24 hours of calling, the job was done, and I'm relieved that I don't have to worry about the "what if" while on the road. I live 4 hours away from ocean city md. My family and I were visiting for vacation. On the last night before we were scheduled to leave our car broke down and needed to be towed. We were not familiar with any car mechanics in the area since we were not from there. We had our car towed to west o 9pm on Wednesday night and waited until they opened 9am the next morning. I left a message asking for someone to call me back..... within about an hour Jake called me back and listened to my concerns and understood the situation we were in and how we were planning to leave that very evening. Jake said they were very busy but would at least get it on the lift by days end to determine what type of repair and timeframe we were looking at.... he called back by end of workday and said he thinks he could have car fixed and back to us Friday mid morning. So we decided to stay and wait for the car and sure enough by 11am Friday Jake called and said the car is ready for pick up. Jake saved me a trip back the ocean city to pick up car because we absolutely had to return home Friday for appointments etc. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for the repair. We now are happy to say we have a place we feel comfortable calling if we ever have an auto issue while visiting the area.... thanks again Jake!!
