If I could leave no stars I would. I came in here for an upgrade on my vacation and waited for an hour before being helped and was totally ignored when I walked in. It took me another 3 hours to purchase a phone and almost was charged more than I owed. After leaving the store I realized my new phone wasn't even activated right and had to spend another hour at another store to get my phone situated. Great way to spend a vacation! Worst experience ever.

If this is the store that is next to Popeyes in West Ocean City. They stole my money turn my phones off and then told me their cameras couldn't see the money they received or it wasn't in the system. The general manager Isaiah of the store is the one that said it. So if you want your money stolen and I gave them $3,000 which they only reported 1,000, go to them they will definitely take care of you. In the worst part about this whole situation is I actually work for this company hooking up people's phone lines and FIOS. Can't believe they would let people like this work for them dishonest thiefs.F.V

I came in with my family a couple weeks ago and forgot to leave a review at the time. Bryan mills went above and beyond to help me. I took up hours of his time and he even stayed past close to make sure all of my information transferred to my new phone. I have been with Verizon for years and this is the first time I've had great customer service. His coworker was also very helpful I believe his name was Colin? Overall a great experience

Went here to get a brand new account, new phone, and accessories. Upon entering the store the associates looked at us, and then promptly ignored us for at least 10 minutes. No “hello”, “we’ll be with you soon”, nothing. Ignored us completely. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a Verizon ever.

My wife and I came to the store on Mother's Day to purchase a new phone for her. Levi helped us pick out the best phone for her needs and answered all of our questions. As we purchased the phone and began the process of setting up the new phone, we realized that the data from her old phone was going to take 3 hours to transfer to her new phone. We live in VA and had to travel back that night so we had to have this done. It was already close to closing time, and while most employees would say it wouldn't be possible to stay there, Levi went above and beyond and stayed 1 hour 30 minutes past closing time to make sure we got the new phone! On Mother's Day! Levi you are an incredible asset to your team and an amazing human being! Thank you!

Today I stopped in Verizon in ocean city MD. Thankfully I was welcomed by Mr Chaz. He is the best. He listened to my cell phone issues fixed themimmediately and gave me options. His mental equanimity coupled with freshness of approach goes unmatched Not only is he brilliant he's patient kind and doesn't kill you with high pressure sales. He gets the job done. Stop in ask for Mr Chaz. You won't be disappointed

The rudest salesclerk I have ever encountered. Not only did he make or clear that I was bothering him by merely walking in the door- he refused to help me with a simple question. He insisted I give him $60. for any sort of assistance other than purchasing a phone or accessories.

I am very happy with my experience working with Joshua ! I switched over my service a few weeks ago and he was very quick with answering all my questions, and concerns with switching phone carriers. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. My whole family was switching over to Verizon (5 lines). We were told the phones for 2 of the lines would need to be ordered. The phones never came in so we went back to the store just to find out they were never ordered and the phone numbers were already ported over so they could not honor the new line phone price (which is the reason we switched carriers) because of a mistake on their part. It is very disheartening that a business refuses to fix their own mistake.
