We went in to get our mailbox lock replaced and had amazing and speedy service and the lock was replaced the next morning. Unlike any other post office experience ever!

This is a large post office. The building is laid out nice. People are very friendly and helpful. Was able to get in and out ..
Asked about new stamp designs and a few other questions, and she was very nice. Forgot to get her name.
Will definitely be back.

this OC post office is like heaven compared to those in Philly. Customer service reps actually look up from where there sitting or standing and ask what they can help you with!

The USPS in Ocean City, MD, is fantastic! The staff are always friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. The service is prompt, and I've never had an issue with lost or delayed mail. The location is convenient, and the hours are great. I highly recommend this post office for all your mailing needs.

Terrible post office with lazy and unhelpful workers! During our first year of living in OC, my roommate and I ALWAYS received our packages at our front door but a few months ago they suddenly stopped delivering to us and were returning everything to sender. We are unable to have a mailbox because we are renters in a condo complex, but as I said the first YEAR we lived here they delivered to us still. We now only order from amazon because they deliver to us! Unfortunately our latest package was shipped USPS and is now CURRENTLY sitting at this facility and they won't let my roommate just go and pick it up before they send it out to return to sender. They told her she needed to have called at 4 AM when the package first came to the facility?!! And $300 for a SMALL p.o box for only a year is RIDICULOUS!! We just don't understand why they delivered to us for a YEAR but now suddenly won't.

Easy as it gets and the staff is eastern shore friendly. They will guide you on what you need they even offer postbox service. Century located in Town. This is the main postal hub for Ocean City.

2 days in a row now USPS has marked my package as delivered in my mailbox and it’s not been in there. This was over $100 worth of items lost and I’m furious. My mailbox is even locked so there’s no way someone took it out. I live in an apartment complex so maybe they put it in someone else’s box. How they did that 2 times in a row I have zero clue. And if it is the case my neighbors aren’t giving it back to me either so I’m sol right now somebody needs to be fired.

Went in to change my address which I was kinda dreading because some USPS places can be like the MVA. Luckily, I had Joe as a customer service rep and he was cheerful, had a sense of humor, and was able to resolve the issue quickly. The post office is well stocked with supplies and a very open feeling.
