Khaleel Collick was very quick to get fresh coffee upon requests. We were there 2 nights. I'm an early bird ~4am.....looking for hot coffee. I had asked him about it, he jumped up and told me, it only takes me 6 minutes to make! He was very polite and respectful. This is so hard to find theses days. It was a very nice stay.
Nearby activities: It was only a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk in Ocean, City MD. Good price, basic hotel.....it was all that we needed.

Good enough experience for the beach. Definitely not luxury, but it was clean and well kept. The finishes look to be selected for the senior week crowd. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the location is great. The rooms are small, and the lack of storage is definitely a problem area. Had it been in another city, it would be 3 stars, but comparing to other OC options that were built in the 70s/80s it gets a 1 star bump.

Truly awful experience. From the first minute, til when I left. Checked in, went out my bags in a room the size of a closet. Literally. There are no closets. Went to dinner, came back and there was a wadded up tissue on my bathroom sink that I didn't use or do. Was disgusted. Reported it to front desk. Could barely look up from her cell phone long enough to write my issue in the log book. Never heard anything. Someone tried to knock my door down early one morning, so I felt very unsafe. The pool water is FILTHY. Water was actually milky. Eewwww! Then, I had an emergency at work at home and was deciding to leave early or sat my whole reservation. So I asked if I would get a refund for my two unused nights. I was told by the guy at the desk that he spoke to the manager and I would be refunded. I was LIED to and mistreated. If I had known no refund, I would have stayed. I will be contacting Hilton Corporate..
Rooms: Cramped. Small.
Safety: Not safe at all.

We stayed with our 2 kids from monday-thuraday in July and had a great experience. Breakfast is included and was really good (fun pancake maker with lots of toppings and drizzle option, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, eggs, potatoes, breads and bagels). Also downstairs near breakfast is a foosball table, shuffleboard table, tv, sofas, and board games. Our kids met friends and played for about an hour after breakfast every morning. There is an indoor pool on the 4th pool which was honestly the best indoor pool I've ever been to (wasn't hot and steamy with that nasty chlorine overload smell), and also had doors to an outdoor patio with lounge chairs. I'm always anti-hotel pools but we actually used this one. Location is great- bus stop right in front and very close to the boardwalk (less than 10 minute car drive). There are no balconies, but a beautiful view from the room window. The room was nice, updated, well maintained and clean. The shampoo and soap also smell really good! This will be the only place we stay from now on when we visit OC Maryland! Highly recommend

The door of the room I lived in couldn’t be locked from inside which is ridiculous and unsafe. I reached the front desk but they couldn’t help. Manager and maintenance couldn’t be reached. After I reached the front desk the third time, someone was sent to take a look but he spent 2 hours without fixing it. We had to stay in the room. That is not a bad experience. Our vacation time was wasted. Besides the fridge in the room doesn’t work at all!

Decent view even though it's located on the Bayside. Rooms were very clean. I would not consider them luxury but more adequate for single night stays. Beds are extra firm with a lack of decent pillows. Room was warm even with the AC going. Staff was friendly. There was a small gym on site.
Nearby activities: They have a dry erase board with all the local attractions and the discount offered for staying with them in front of the elevators.
Food & drinks: The free breakfast is the usual lite fair nothing great. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance though! Definitely must visit Barn 34 across the street.
Noteworthy details: Parking lot is a little tricky once the front lot is full, it's one way only around the side and back.
There is a small gathering area in the lobby with a few games and tables. Coffee and tea available in the lobby.

The stay was the worst! Staff was rude, they ran out of tickets! They didn’t have anything in the room! Breakfast was gross no fruits! This was the worst Hilton hotel I ever stayed at. I asked for a bath for my kids but I couldn’t take a shower! They brought the pack and play a whole day late! The room floor was filthy! The bathtub paint was coming off the wall paper was coming off. Never again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Modern, beautiful, clean hotel. If I return to OC, I would stay again. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and spacious bathroom. Great location in walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Good customer service and free breakfast, a plus! Free parking and the area seemed to be well lit and safe. Great place to stay for a solo traveler or with family. I highly recommend.

The hotel claims to be “dog friendly” and charges you $$$ to bring your dog and then REFUSED to clean our room and said it was because we had a dog. We complained THREE times until they finally turned over our room. Mind you our dog was caged and it’s a DOG FRIENDLY HOTEL!! We even offered to take him out for an hour and they still wouldn’t come in the room. I travel with my dog often and have never been anywhere with such a ridiculous policy!
As for everything else, if you are not traveling with a dog, still a terrible room. Our air conditioner was so loud, my watch clocked it at 71 dB! Deal with that or deal with the heat. No safe, tub, or closet space, which I knew about prior to booking but the rooms are still smaller than I anticipated to live out of a suitcase. The free breakfast was awful but it’s literally next to McDonald’s and BK if you want that type of breakfast, or if you went to OCMD for the reason we all do (food) there’s a bunch of great restaurants in walking and driving distance. Plus the bus stop is right there. The location and the parking was the only redeeming quality. Pool was grossly over chlorinated but the ocean is just blocks away.
Rooms: Tiny, no safe, no tub, loud radiator (71 dB), comfy bed but not enough pillows, not enough towels for 2 in a king room
Noteworthy details: They don’t clean your room if you bring a dog, even if it’s caged.
