AAA sent Steven from Bridge Auto and was extremely careful and professional loading my car on the flatbed. He even had ramps for my lowered car and was willing to park my car at the shop back where I live in Sterling, VA (3.5 hours).Great service and great attitude!”

He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.”
