“Ebony M, the Financial Center Manager, was so AMAZING & helpful! I was in a tight spot because my flexible CD matured on Friday the 3rd....and Sunday night we had 8+ inches of snow! I was nervous because I only had 7 days to make a reallocation of my investment and my year long standing appointment with Lizeth Flores was cancelled on Monday because of the snow! Also, the website wouldn't let me make a replacement appointment online. Google said the branch was closed on Tuesday. For 3 days I emailed and I left Voice Mails but understandably, did not hear back. So, I walked in on Wednesday morning and thank goodness the Amazing Ebony Miller helped me choose a new CD product before my time was up. I'm a retired Middle School Librarian - investing my small amount is a big deal to me. Ebony was so kind, professional, and she treated me as if I was worth a MILLION bucks!
