The T-Shirt Factory has incredibly friendly, helpful staff! I found a Jeep hoodie but wasn't crazy about the color (black). While looking for the same hoodie in a different color a very kind saleswoman asked if I needed assistance. She connected me with a very polite man (perhaps a manager) who offered to customize a hoodie for me! It was in a color (grey) I liked more than the original hoodie but with the exact same graphics. Excellent customer service and prices for the quality. Thank you T-Shirt Factory!

i ordered a t shirt and on the web site said it is in stock abut we got a email from them and they said it way out of stock so maybe they should take it off their web site

The staff was really friendly, funny and helpful and even helped my cousin find the perfect sweatshirt and made sure it was her size and made sure her design was on perfectly definitely coming back here on our next trip to Ocean city!!!

I came here 10 years ago and had them make a customized hoodie for me. Over that time, it has finally started to show its age. So when on vacation again this past weekend, I was surprised to see they had the same decals from back then. So I had them make the exact same printed hoodie as before. Their decals LAST! Highly recommend this place over the 1837483 other stores on the boardwalk. Thanks again guys!

A very good shop for immediate need for apparels. Printed t-shirts , throws , etc are good quality with some reasonable price (considering the spot). If you are unprepared and feel like you could have bring extra cloth , this store is for you?. The quality is cloths are not very bad and don’t expect a very good quality. Reasonably good quality cloths.

Too political! Too many Trump shirts. Why not balance the availability politically? Also, the selections of shirts for direct purchase were either too political or offensive. I had to pay extra too have a custom made shirt for my wife. Why am I paying extra for a custom made shirt if your available selections are so limited?

Should definitely come here if you want rly good stuff, printed shirts that are beautiful and last you a long time then the big stores who charge you $40 for a shirt that gets old quick. lovely service and come here you wont regret it. Talk to Orlando if you want a funny person while you shop

Worst rip off ever. It seemed to be a theme as we browsed the shops looking for souvenir t-shirts, the price advertised or listed is only for the blank shirt. They all charge an additional $3.99 to put the actual Ocean City on the shirt. Even the ones that are printed up already come with the price of the blank + $3.99. I have been collecting these same souvenir tees from all over the world and this is the most deceptive scam I have seen. Just say the shirt is $24.99 not $19.99 just to find out its another $3.99 to have Ocean City pressed on it. Why would i want a $9.99 or $12.99 blank shirt from the Oceann City Boardwalk when I can go to Michaels and get one for 2 or 4 dollars. Basically just price the shirts and advertise responsibly don't bait people into your stores with incorrect pricing and small print.

Two sisters working in the back gabbing and not caring what they were selling. The folks next to me accepted a subpar imprint over a zippered hoodie because they didn't want to wait any longer. Thanks for the great Rehoboth memory everytime I put it on.
