We stopped at 14001 coastal highway OCMD Sunsations - online it says it’s closed but it isn’t. When we checked out my husband made idle chit chat with the cashier Regina. The miserable look she gave us was ridiculous and she did it twice. She was so rude and unfriendly for an area that relies on its tourists. The sales receipt said her name was Regina, she was olive complected with glasses and dark hair. She needs to get some customer service skills. I would give zero stars if I could.

Store was clean and prices were in line with what you spend at an Ocean City store like this. The hours listed in Google are not accurate though. Store opens at 9am, not 10am

Nice selection of all the things you'd expect to see in a souvenir shop, but check your receipt. I was double charged for an item, and unfortunately it was the end of my trip so I didn't have the time to return and get it corrected. Other reviews have also mentioned this, so it seems to be a recurring problem.

Allowed us to refund an item because of a confusion of sale signs at another location that didn't allow the refund. They were very nice and understanding.

Had a horrible experience buying items from here.Bought few items. We bought a ball and did not realize that it was crooked until we went to the beach. The next item that was damaged was damaged.Tried next day to to just get the damaged item to be replaced as we did not even use it but they were rude.

Of all the gift shops, these guys always have the best prices and best quality. We bought several shirts and a couple pairs of shorts and got a great deal on everything. We looked in a couple other gift shops and realized Sunsations was the better place to shop. We'll definitely return the next time we're at the beach ??
