Unfortunately i voted one star Reasons why Is i was eager to purchase a mens silver chain and bracelet While waiting and waiting an older lady was chatting away with some man completly ignoring me Than finally she asks my wife "have you been seem ? Wife replied yes." Okey than! Than she walked back over to the guy in a pigtailed and continues to chat away leaving me baffled and ticked offReally rude i was willing to spend 200- 300$ in men silver jewelry and a blue gemstone necklaces 200$ compared to my wife buying a 4$ trinket there i never been so humiliated in a jewelery store before like that from a Crazy old ladybug.

Don't buy jewlery here. We went down last summer. I spent 90 dollars on a nice silver necklace. They told me it was a huge discount. I have a picture of my fiance taking a picture of me with my chain on as we left the store. I even spent another 100 on a chain for her and a cat charm. My necklace after 2 months turned black. I tried cleaning it with the most expensive cleaner we use for all of our other silver jewlery. Just started turning rainbow and black. Tried contacting the company. No response back. The sad part is I was going to come in again when we come in July and get nice chains for people I produce. Completlyey sad. I was told this was all silver

Every year I spend one week in Ocean City, MD fir a much needed vacation. The days slip by quickly with all the "fun in the Sun and Ocean" but my stay there is never without a visit to Somcompleteerset Jewelers! I love seeing all of their most beautiful & creative jewelry, crafted in bright & beautiful silver; with precious & semi-precious stones; and beautifully displayed throughout . Wonderful customer service! I ended up visiting this store a few times during my trip to OCM and the staff helped me select several beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry without spending a fortune. They packaged everything securely to ensure my new jewelry wouldn't get tangled or damaged during the plane trip home. I'm happy that I can order online because I'd love to purchase more Somerset jewelry in the near future!

My wife loves this shop. It's always a safe bet to get her a gift from Somerset Jewelers. It's nice because there isn't anything too fancy but everything is still quality and reasonably priced. They specialize in silver. Always a unique inventory that they select by hand from their vendors.

The staff are very friendly and sweet and very helpful I bought some crystals here the other day and the woman working there was very helpful and let me actually look at them up close so I could pick the perfect one for my cousin!!!!

The jewelry is so beautiful and the prices are pretty fair for the quality. My big issue is the customer service of one of the oldest ladies that work there. Went in with my boyfriend on Wednesday afternoon ( 8/9/23 ) looking for a gift for my stepmother and then my boyfriend said he’ll buy something for myself too. I thought the jewelry inside of the right case furthest from the entrance towards the back wall were very pretty so we go and I start looking. The lady behind asked us very condescendingly if she can help us with anything as if we came in to just look and not buy anything. Why? Probably because we look a lot younger than we actually are but you can’t just judge people like that. As I kept looking just trying to make up my mind on which piece of jewelry that I wanted, she said “you have to tell me what you want I can’t read your mind”. I JUST told her I needed a minute to choose. Be quiet. I will let you know when I find something. While I was looking at some earrings, she said “they’re made with a crystal similar to Swarovski if you know what that is”. Are you serious? If I know what that is? I am very knowledgeable of Swarovski as a figure skater who spends $1,000s on Swarovski studded figure skating dresses. I put up with this woman’s attitude the whole time I was shopping and spent about $150. I deeply regret not stopping our interaction the moment she opened her condescending mouth. I should have asked literally any other lady in there. Not only was she just being condescending the whole time, but as she collected the items I wanted from the cases, she was talking to me the whole time like I was a stupid kid. Just cuz you’re old, does not mean you automatically deserve respect and just cuz me and my man look young doesn’t mean we’re going in and out not buying anything. Even if we had just come in to look doesn’t mean she can be that way either she’s just driving business away from customers and potential customers. To top off our terrible experience with that woman, she took over 10 mins to package two little jewelry items. This is an easy job, just wrap it up. Experience completely ruined by one bitter, mean, rude woman.

Me and my best friend got marching anklets along with our parents, my bestfriends mom opened her anklet once she got home and it was broken, we just tried getting it replaced/fixed and they denied us even when he had a receipt. Do not buy anything here if you dont want your money stolen from you!! Horrible customer service. I expected better from a tiny little shop like this. Smh. ?♀️

We have been shopping here for about 2 years now. When we started coming here about every month while looking for a house to buy, we were here during the winter months and we found Somerset was open, so we would go every time we were in town. We absolutely love the staff, and they love our son. Our son is mentally challenged, and they treat him like their own. He now knows when we are on the boardwalk that he wants to go there and visit. Their prices are awesome, and we have never had a problem with their jewelry turning or breaking. Everything is high quality. We don't buy from anyone else especially since we live here now and there are plenty of other jewelry stores, but they don't measure up to Somerset at all.

What woman doesn’t love jewelry? This shop has gorgeous and unique pieces at affordable prices. The staff is helpful with anything I have to ask ( gemstone talk) and they love to help pick out pieces that compliment you’re individuality.

We've shopped Somerset many times, on vacation, and always had great service. We're locals now, and today was no exception! Steve is FABULOUS! Not only did I get 3 items, (prices are GREAT & selection is impressive) but had great conversation & laughs. I appreciate employees who take a minute to actually "talk" to the customer, rather than shoving stuff in their faces. For this, I'm a customer for life! Thanks again, Steve! We appreciate you!
