Excellent “retro” efficiencies have all you want and more. 2 queen beds a sleeper sofa and kitchenette for a very low price.
Their customer service is top notch.. my cell phone charger fell apart in one of my rooms outlets and they didn’t hesitate to give me a brick to charge it.
Coffee available in the morning is free and fresh. The pool in the courtyard is small but adequate. Its location at 124th street puts you closer to Fenwick, Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth than if you stayed closer to the boardwalk.
I’m definitely planning to make this place one of my top choices!!!

Close to the beach access. Small pool on-site. Great rates during off-season. Elevator and mostly ADA accessible. It's an old motel, but well maintained and clean.

I’ve stayed in over 10 major condos and hotels in my 55 years coming to Ocean City, Md. I noticed the Sea Hawk Motel on my last trip and inquired with Rob about availability. Rob, Linda and Pam are the most incredible staff. They are friendly, dedicated, helpful and courteous. They will assist you in any way you need and keep their prices at a mere fraction what I was paying for a week at the chain hotels and condos. I will never stay anywhere but the Sea Hawk Motel and will recommend the Sea Hawk to all my friends and family.It is Oceanside, has a great pool and free coffee everyday. Most of the rooms sleep 6 , have a full kitchenette, balcony with optional smoking, and a sliding divider. The maid service is impeccable and very good. Stop wasting your money and book your next Ocean City trip at the Sea Hawk Motel !!
Rooms: The rooms are clean. The maid service is top notch. Full kitchenette with a nice table for four. Sleeps 6 with a divider. A Bayfront balcony overlooking the Bay and pool. Also has a great view of Coastal Highway. There is a full snack and sodas available to purchase on the first floor as well as ice.
Nearby activities: Ocean City is one of the most highly regarded places as far as their white sandy beaches are concerned in the USA. The fishing is world class, the mini golf and regular golf courses are fantastic. The Boardwalk is 27 blocks of shopping, bars, rides and entertainment. The advantage the Sea Hawk has is its on the North end. So the traffic is less. The restaurants are great whether you’re headed to Ocean City or Deleware.All types of food from Pizza, pasta, burgers, mexican, to the best seafood on the East Coast. !!
Safety: The Sea Hawk Motel has a great private parking lot that is well maintained and the security is high.
Walkability: Walking is a great way to get around in Ocean City. Everything is within walking distance. There’s also a 24 hour double bus. There are 4-6 that run all night long for $2 a day.
Food & drinks: There is every type of food , ice cream , mini golf, sports bar within walking distance. The Sea Hawk is only a few miles to the Boardwalk and close to the Deleware Beaches. There’s several bars within walking distance and some have live entertainment.

Linda at the front desk was so funny and very friendly. The location is great. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A/C was great..large room and good size bathroom. This place will be our go to from now on.

Sea Hawk motel was PERFECT! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the room and all the facilities were clean. I even noticed that they take great care of the flowers and bushes on their property. Traveling with two small kiddos, my absolute favorite feature was the blackout room divider between the beds and sofa- I was able to stay up a bit longer than them. The sliding doors to our balcony (which faced the main road) worked well to keep the sound out. That with the ac, we couldn’t hear traffic at all. Short walk to the beach, a perfect pool, and quick elevator. The bathroom had the original tub- which I love but I could see certain kinds of people saying “needs updates”, but please don’t! It’s perfect as is. You can tell it’s all been taken care of over the years. The room had a full size fridge! And the kitchenette was so nice to have. It all kind of reminded me of staying in small hotels in the British Virgin Islands, just what you need and no frills. Can’t wait to come back, thanks!

Quaint motel near the beach in Ocean City. Great for those who don't need much. Small kitchen, dining area, and comfortable beds. Distance to the beach is very close. Close enough to downtown/boardwalk to drive a few minutes. Still quiet enough to relax as much as possible. Very reasonably priced for a top travel weekend. When I return to OC, I will look to this place again.

My three kids and I stayed at the Seahawks in July 2023. We had an efficiency apartment with a full kitchen, two queen beds and a sleep sofa. There was a decent amount of room for all of us and we never felt crowded. We were on the ground floor so we were able to walk directly out to the pool from our patio. I had never stayed in a building on Coastal Highway before and I thought the noise from the traffic would be distracting, but it was surprisingly reasonable considering the location. The apartment itself was very clean although the Furnishings were slightly outdated. That didn't bother me in the least because it actually gave the building a slightly retro feel. The turquoise umbrellas and beach chairs around the pool reminded you of an old fashioned Ocean City vacation. The office is open 24/7 with hot coffee and tea and the people attending the office were very polite and welcoming. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away at the end of the block. I would definitely recommend the Seahawk Motel !

we had a great stay here for the Oceans Calling Festival! the room was a great size for 2 of us! my only complaint is the blankets could be better..so maybe plan ahead and bring some extra ?

Location is great but the rooms are outdated. Would not have mind so much that the rooms are old but old doesn’t mean it needs to be dirty! The woman working at the front desk the morning of Saturday August 19 has an appalling attitude! If she is Management, that’s just sad. I am never staying here again!
