Just had to pay twice for a $4.99 air freshener because the associate didn’t put it in the bag. Showed a receipt literally two and a half minutes after the purchase and made us buy a new one. Typical chain surf shop, go to Chauncey’s and get treated the way you deserve. Last time I’ll spend a dime here. Also pricing over the past three years at this store has become unbelievable. 70$ for a SnapBack hat? Don’t let them feast on your tourism.

I have been a long time ocean city vacationer and never have I received such rude service before. I also go out of my way to come to quiet storm every visit because they have a great selection. However this week I came to town with my mother and grandmother and was treated so rudely by staff. We came in at 6:30 to look granted they closed at 7 which we saw only posted on the door was not posted online. We looked around for about ten minutes then my mom and I wanted to try on 2 pairs of shorts we liked. When asking to use the fitting room we were told the fitting rooms were closed and we can’t try anything on. We were not told they when we were looking around and we weren’t even greeted as we walked in or left. My mother can back the next day because she really liked the shorts and the same women was working and she again received no hello or any type of acknowledgment. Super disappointing experience for a great store.

Cashier is very rude and unhelpful. Quiet Storm on the boardwalk. From Russia or somewhere, not local. Never will shop there again!! Ive spend $350 this year. Neveragain

Never been but I called to ask if they had a certain brand of flip flops and the girl I talked to was super rude and hung up on me mid conversation. Definitely not going now!

Free standing store out of the way. They have a bigger selection than the one on the boardwalk. They carry Rip Curl, Billabong, Katin, Patagonia and more. They have a skateboards, surfboards, sunglasses, hats and just a ton of stuff. Worth the ride away from the main part of Ocean City. Highly recommend!

I visit this store every time Im in town. They have a great selection and amazing pro shop for the best gear for any wave sport. The staff is always looking to help you find exactly what you need. A good place to get your WMO gear before it sells out.

Cute clothes! Neatly organized but not much room to move around the racks are kind of close together but they had a lot to choose from. Pretty exspensive but its because of the brand's... But they had a good amount of stuff on sale
