Mehhhh. Last year we came here for the first time and found some pretty cool stuff. My son wanted to go back again this year. But lightning did not strike twice. The selection was seriously lacking, it was uncomfortably warm and crowded. And their customer service is apathetic at best. My son did find some bracelets, but they really weren't anything we probably couldn't have found somewhere else. Maybe it's an off year?

Over priced and the old lady manager who is 4 years beyond retirement age makes this place non-inviting. She seems to be suffering from age related cognitive loss. I was trying to interact with her and she was very obviously having difficulty following the conversation. She became very confrontational and belittling during the interaction, then became unstable screaming at me. She made the people in line behind me so uncomfortable that they set their purchases down and left the store with me.

I love this store and I always look forward to shopping here when I visit Ocean City. However, whoever the girl was working upstairs on June 12, 2023 needs serious customer service skills. She was rude, tossed my bag at me and truthfully looked high. This was a horrible experience.

Called on a Saturday for a gift certificate. Paid with credit card. Stated it would b mailed Mon. No problem. Need it by Sunday and only going from MD to VA. Didn't receive by Thursday. Called them. Was told it was still sitting on desk, so sorry. Asked to send priority or overnight. Ok and we'll make up for error. We never got it until following Tuesday., no priority. Their extra was 3 stickers. Never will patronize this place again.

I didn't buy from this location, but I took a pic of the business while on the boardwalk. The location I did shop in had really great quality clothing. Of all the shops we visited, my favorite shirt and hoodie came from Quiet Storm!

Not ADA accessible to get to top level of store. Nice selection of merchandise but the printed designs wash off of the Quiet Storm brand clothing. Will not buy again.
