Nice balcony’ view to the ocean. Easy location to find things to do on the board walk. Just A lot of furniture outdated, pool is becoming moldy and algae growth around the pool areas.

Horrible experience at this location. I would never stay here again. We ended up leaving during the night due to an issue found in the room.

If you’re looking for an affordable vacation hotel with amazing scenery of the ocean, not to mention, most of the time, a quiet stay, then this is your hotel choice!
With nine floors, a pool outside and instead along with a hot tube for those late nights, coffee in the lobby, a gym area, Starbucks right outside the parking lot, and a bar and a restaurant right outside the boardwalk exit, this hotel has it all. Booking a double room with an ocean view, it was a pleasant stay with numerous accommodations in the hotel such as utensils, a dishwasher, a sink, an oven, and a TV.
The room is what you expect, a small kitchen, bathroom, beds, couch, a tv, and a balcony if booked, it’s a delightful place to be during your vacation, and numerous things to do around your hotel area.
Housekeepers will come around your hotel every other day to supply you with clean necessities and are sweet people. With such beautiful amenities and always cool inside whenever you come back from the beach after a hot day, this hotel is a great book for your vacation.

Staff are nice.
Smells musty, especially the common areas. The rooms are clean, but furniture are noticeable old. the couches rundown, curtains ripped, and with holes on them.
The hotel doesn't change broken furniture they fix it instead.

Do NOT spend your beautiful vacation time here at this hotel you will regret it first thing this place is out dated there is MOLD in our room on the ceiling the sheets also had a lot of stains it’s unsanitary. Secondly the 3 elevators are no good there really old a take a long time to move up and down one of them has an outdated inspection last inspection was 2020 (not safe). Also when comes check out time the elevators are so small that you have to wait a long time for an empty elevator. there is more so if you come here prepare your self it’s very stressful to deal with when your on vacation here 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Whenever we're in OCMD we go to the Quality inn to use the pool, it certainly helps that they have a poolside bar called the Rum Shack...

Very old and smells moldy in places. But a quiet place to stay overall. Perfectly located right on the boardwalk, very middle. The staff, from reception desk to cleaning staff to handyman were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to stop with you were doing and smile and say hello. We wanted to stay an extra day and were easily accommodated. The only complaint I have is when we asked the front desk what time check out was, he Shrugged and said 11:00 or 12ish. At 11:00 a.m. the gentleman who seemed to be the foreman for the cleaning staff was pressuring us to be out of the room. He backed off a little when I explained we were not told we had to be out at 11:00. But I think there needs to be better communication. We stayed an extra day, and the next morning at around 10:15 the cleaning staff opened our door when we were still in there and wanted to clean our room even though we had 45 minutes left. This business really needs to get its act together about checkout times. But otherwise, a perfectly lovely place to stay if you don't mind an older building that does not carry the modern flair that some of its competitors do.

The noise from the tiki bar downstairs will drive you crazy!!! From 11:00 am until 10:00 pm. You can even hear it in your room. Find somewhere else to stay if you enjoy sitting on your balcony and having a conversation. The front desk did nothing about it!!!
Noteworthy details: Noisy!!! Don’t stay here if you enjoy sitting on the balcony. The music blasts all day long.

Overall, a great hotel for a vacation in Ocean City. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and offers great views of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed getting take-out and eating on the balcony. The beds are comfy; the rooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped. The efficiencies offer a full- size refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Rooms: The rooms are a bit dated, and there are some hygienic issues. There was a plastic bag (see photo) closing off some ductwork. The air conditioner remained running, and the temperature at 65°F, no matter what the thermostat was set to.
Nearby activities: The boardwalk is easily accessible from the hotel. That particular section has fewer shops and less noise than further south. In the summertime, consider using the tram to get around the boardwalk.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is essentially three buildings: the main hotel, a motel overlooking the beach, and another motel overlooking the street. Be sure to ask when making reservations where your room will be located.

Room and furniture was very outdated for price of room. Bathroom extremely small, shower had little water pressure and water barely drained while trying to shower. Very noisy and it was off-season!

First off, the front desk staff NEEDS to be trained in customer service. The young lady who checked us in had absolutely no personality and did not seem to even care about us. I booked a non-smoking room and was assigned a room that REEKED of smoke. When I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room, the gentleman, rather snippy, who I booked the room with. I responded with "on your app". The room itself was rundown and in need of a lot of repairs. On the back of the room door, the was a hole that looked almost like a bullet hole. The pool area was chilly. The pool water was not warm either. Choice Hotels leaves a lot to be desired!
Rooms: In need of repairs and upgrades!

Perfect for long or short time stays with family. Kitchen setup is helpful for family with kids. Close to beach.
