I had a horrible experience with Josh at OC imports. He kept my car for over 1 year without covering it or removing the battery. He NEVER called me. I had to hound him for statues every 2 months and always got the same excuses. I was grossly overcharged after he told me he would “charge me a few hundred because of my patience and long wait”, and would fully detail my car when completed. When done, he wanted $5K, car was filthy and the battery was useless. I could go on. I would never take a car here ever again.

I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and great prices. My ABS light came on and I was 150 miles from home. Google best Volvo service shop in Ocean City and OC Import was #1 on list. They diagnosed that the left sensor needed to be replaced. Not the case, the ABS bolts were loose. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and haven't had any problems at all. So, if you're looking for an Excellent mechanic in Ocean City, MD OC Import Service is the place to go! Also, works on all make vehicles!

I had a clutch replaced in my car awhile ago. I never thought to leave a review but I thought I probably should share my experience. I was in Ocean City when the clutch in my car went out. I was on vacation and didn’t have another way home. When I called OC imports they sent a tow truck to me, and got me in the next day, as well as they had my car done within the next few days. I didn’t think i was going to get my car back in time, but they really did deliver on that promise. The customer service was outstanding. The speed and quality of the work was great. I definitely recommend for anyone who needs mechanical work done to your car. The gentleman that assisted me was more than helpful to me.

Very nice, polite, courteous people at this place, took my brothers van there to be serviced today, very informative and patient, I was 15 mins late and no attitude about it, def would recommend, however I was there from 8:15 til 11:00, if you take ur vehicle here be careful it’s small you might drive right by it like I did

It was around 8:30pm last night and my son and I were returning to our hotel for the evening when we had a tire blow out. Frantically trying to exit off the road, fate actually had us unknowingly pulling into the parking lot of OC Import Service. Sitting there upset and comtemplating what in the world to do in drives the manager of this Auto Service Center and a 2nd wonderful employee (wish we had gotten his name). I saw them unlocking the business and ran over to see if they would be able to fix my tire in the morning and I'd try to get an Uber to our hotel. They wouldn't hear of it and said, "we can fix it for you right now." If I could could grant them Sainthood I would, lol They were wonderful and saved our vacation!!!Mary 'n Daniel, Solomon's Island

Mannn these guys are the best!!! They were the only ones who would help me with my 76 Fiat when I broke down near by. I am sooo glad I found them. The owner personally sat with me forever going over what it could possibly be. He and his crew just are just genuinely people trying to help other car enthusiasts. I can’t thank them enough!!! I wish every business was like this.

Absolutely fantastic company!!! I was on vacation, battery died. Brought the car to them, in and out in 30 minutes!! Wonderful customer service, reasonably priced.

Most impressed by the shop’s willingness to jump quickly on emergency repairs so that we could leave for home on time. Very courteous and charged a very fair price. Would have them look after my car on a regular basis if I lived in the area.

We had a great experience purchasing from Josh and Tina. The process was simple and quick and we were even able to get permanent tags on the spot (no dealing with those paper temp tags). They're very knowledgeable about import vehicles and they are great to deal with. We are planning to have them service both of our imports and a domestic truck that needs work. I highly recommend OC Imports for service or sales!

Josh at OC Imports is a top notch business owners. Spending most of my professional career in the automotive world I must say OC imports is really focused on taking care of their customers. I had a issue ans not only did the get me in within the hour of me placing my first call ever to them. They resolved the problem by fixing it and not just throwing parts on it.

I must say Josh at OC Import Service is a top notch business owner. I have spent most of my professional career in the automotive industry and have seen a lot. Josh not only got me in immediately he was upfront and honest and not out to just hang parts amd make money!
