Very horrible and picky! I dont want to say 'racist' but call a spade a spade. I went to get my nails and toes done for my birthday...i had my mom with me as well. I called to make a reservation but they told me I was fine to come in. I ask 3 times 'are you sure?' because I am definitely hip to how the shore areas are around Labor Day (jam packed and busy), but she insisted i get there. Literally drove 8mins from a previous nail salon to OC Nails. Walked in and made them aware that I was the one that called and I would like to get nails and toes service. NOW, i need a reservation. I asked how long, she said 2 hours!! How it go from 'just come in!' to 'oh, its a 2 hour wait!' I was so heated because there was no other place to go! Thank God for this sweet gentlemen who was there to keep his wife company...he gave up his reservation for me and he kindly told me Happy Birthday! If it wasnt for him, I would have been doing my own nails! But its my birthday!! So saying that, I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE of color (not just specifically Black)

It's a small non impressive nail salon near Candy Kitchen. However, the service was great, they were open on a Sunday after Labor Day, and my nails turned out fantastic!! When I'm back in the Bethany Beach/Ocean City area, I'll be sure to stop in and get my nails done.

The staff were polite and showed great customer service. My husband and I got pedicures. They did a great job on our feet. And the massage chair was a plus.

I have been to many nail salons but this is the best.Van the owner is amenable to anything you want.He makes getting your nails done a pleasurable experience. His prices are more than fair and I recommend this salon highly.

Sal was the one who did my manicure. He knows how to interact with the customer and how to do great job. Highly recommend. Will surely visit again.

My daughter and I had the most amazing experience today. Kenny fit us in as walk-ins. He was amazingly sweet with my daughter who has ASD. He even gave her a take home pedi kit. Even if I don't need a pedi each time I visit, I will always get one. What a great experience!

Was on vaca in OC and badly needed a manicure....looked up shops on the web and this was the first place I saw...read some reviews...like everything you will get good and bad reviews...tried it out...great service...I do recommend you try this business and ask for Tania...price definitely worth the priceService: Gel manicures

While the quality of workmanship was fine, the customer service was deplorable. First, despite an appointment, you always wait 20 minutes or so. I get business is unpredictable but last week's 40 minutes is not acceptable. I have been going for two years, but was told that no longer were they taking appointments for either Kenny or his wife. I accepted that, despite the fact that I was yearround and an established customer. Nothing against the new help but the expense is a lot for me and I need to know the quality is there BUT during my last two visits both of them took repeated customers specifically for Kenny or Heidi. Also I got routinely charged for gel pedicure, and didn't get gel . Brought to their attention at least 5 times this summer .I also was made to pay a recent charge to remove two very small pieces of polish from an old manicure. Literally 45 seconds or so. When I questioned it the wife told me "you owe it.. $70."No discussion, no explanation,no customer service. I have NEVER posted negative about any small business, but this just continues to agitate me and feel the need to share. Guess they have enough business to ignore customer service but not for me. My toes were great, my fingernails were not sadly. She didn’t cut my nails right. They also did my nail in the pedicure chair. They had the bowl of water to soak in my lap. And they put the UV light machine on my lap. It was very strange. I still tipped my nail technician well but, sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I wish them the best.

I went there and Literally 10 minutes after I got home there was mold under my fingernails now Hear me out this was about four or five weeks ago and the mold is still there I recommend not going here if I could rated zero stars I would honestly I've gone to this place many of times many of many of many of times and I never got any complaints or any mold I'm never coming here again this place sucks I do not recommend never ever go here
