Matt & Devon were amazing in helping us gear up for OC Bikefest this year! The location is under new ownership from the last time I ordered from here and they helped me to dig up my past orders deep in the system to troubleshoot how to execute the annual order fulfillment. The communication was amazing! Matt even helped me with a rush order during the middle of our event! I can't say enough amazing things about their team. Looking forward to working with them again for next year's event!

I called simply to ask a question about there services as I am visiting OC for the week and unexpectedly needed documents printed. The phone conversation went as follows:Store worker: Minutemen pressMe: Good Morning, how are you today?Store worker: *impatiently* Can I help you? I’m in the middle of something.Me: Nope, thank you.Store worker: Okay fine.Then they proceed to hang up.While I understand that websites do tell you what services a store provides, I would prefer to call and speak with a representative of the company before I head there to make sure I’m not wasting anyone’s time…. Apparently today… that phone call was in fact also a waste of time.I won’t be giving them my service.

I used this company to create a Change of address mailing for me. The owner and manager created the card and did it in record time. Could not have been easier to deal with and reasonable In pricing. I will use them fir my Christmas cards as well!

I have nothing but great things to say about this printer. We had a rush job which they printed on time (actually ahead of schedule) and did a super quality job on it. And the price was very reasonable (I have experience in having things printed), not even considering that it had to be done quickly. And LouAnn was a pleasure to work with.
