Like many other reviewers, we were in Ocean City on vacation and had car trouble. They got our vehicle diagnosed and fixed in one day. Thought I’d end up paying a “vacation tax,” but the rates were reasonable. We truly appreciated their quick and affordable service!

While on vacation in OC from Ohio, our car started leaking fluid, making a horrible sound and all the lights and power went bizzerk. We called this shop after 5pm and were able to bring our car in the next morning. We dropped the car off, took an Uber back to the hotel, and waited to hear from them. They called with a quote within a couple hours, and had the car up and going by 4:00. We were worried about price, being we were on a tight budget, and this place was our saving grace. They completely saved our vacation! So thankful!!

Visiting from PA. Muffler blew a hole. They were nice enough to check it on the spot and make sure it was safe to drive - no charge. You don't get service like that anymore. Thank you for your help.

I am so grateful for this team! While traveling alone on a 7hr trip, I discovered some troubles with my car and had to quickly find an auto repair shop to ensure my safety before continuing an additional 3hrs to my destination. I found Mike Dents was a top rated shop a few miles away from my location. I told them my situation and they didn’t hesitate to help me. After a short wait they sent me on my way with the information that I needed, free of charge. I am happy to share that I made it to my destination safely and with much less worry. Now I can take care of the problem with the support of my family. I can’t thank you all enough!

Took our teen girls car in while on vacation. The staff was honest and upfront , we ended up having a small issue that was able to be fixed quickly and simply. We really appreciated the honesty and service. Highly recommend.

Our alternator blew out 170 miles from Ocean City on a rainy night. We made it to our hotel with yellow headlights. I asked a couple of locals for advice and they both said Mike Dent without pause. The next morning I had the car towed and they had us back on the road within 4 hours. Highly recommended.

We were on vacation and noticed that our brakes were making a bad sound. I took the car to Mike’s after reading reviews. It was a great decision! Mike and his staff are fantastic. They quickly identified the issue, gave me a fair quote and got it fixed in a couple of hours. Hopefully, this will be my only time experiencing car trouble in OCMD, but if not, I will definitely return to see Mike. I highly recommend them to anyone living in or visiting the region!

I came into town on vacation and of course....my truck broke down. Mike and his team gave me an upfront estimate and explained the repairs it needed. They then proceeded to fix my truck quickly and within the agreed upon budget (a very reasonable price). They took all the stress out of my vacation. THANK YOU!

A completely professional, and fast service, highly recommend! I was expecting premium prices since this is in a resort area but found the work fairly priced and done right. Mark explained the necessary repairs and timeline, didn't try to sell unnecessary work, and kept me informed every step of the way.

As a former shop owner myself, I applaud Mike Dent's for a job well done, and most importantly, done the right way. On the way to OC week before last, my car began to make an awful noise from underneath. With no obvious cause, and no clear indication of the issue to be determined by the vehicle's performance, I decided to finish my drive and have it checked out in OC. I checked online, saw the excellent reviews, and trusted Mike Dent's to do the job. I also needed an LOF and air filters which they also did. Turns out, a plastic shield protecting the underneath of the car had fallen loose and was dragging on the ground. They fixed the shield as per my instructions, and didn't even charge!
I would recommend Mike Dent's to both locals AND visitors. If you have a problem on vacation, I know from having been in this business, Mike Dent's is a good, reliable and safe shop. I wish they were local to me here in Pennsylvania!

Our car broke down while on our way to the beach, we were able to get it to Mike Dents in the evening and they had it repaired the next day. It was quick professional service that was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

This auto body shop literally saved my vacation. My 2023 Subaru ascent was making a metal grinding type sound every wheel revolution. Traveling slowly the sound was very pronounced and going fast it was not noticeable. I was concerned as traveling with my family in the car for 6 hrs back home without knowing if my cars safety on the road was in jeopardy was a hard dice to roll. I called Subaru and they had some computer outage and definitely could not help me anytime soon and not to mention they were about an hr away. So I went around to 7 local shops and all could not assist me without waiting a day or two. I didn’t have the time to do that so my 8th stop i met with a lovely lady (I never got her name!) from Mike Dents auto shop. She said they were slammed but saw I was in a pickle as I just wanted someone to remove the back rear wheel to see if anything was noticeable. She took pity on me and my son and got us in within 15 minutes or so!!! Within another 10 min my car was driven around and she came out and handed me the small object wedged between my heat shield and the rotor causing the noise. I said Thank you!!! As I was so relieved it wasn’t anything major. I said what do I owe and she said NOTHING!!! I was flabbergasted as they could have charged me easily for their quick accommodation to my issue and honestly I would have happily paid as my family’s safety is paramount. I never experienced this type of kindness before and I felt compelled to share my experience. I wish I lived locally as they would be my new shop from now on.

Last day of vacation I broke down near Mike's shop just a leaking filter and no oil in my jeep mike got me back up and running in no time and the kids and us made it to splash mountain and didn't loose out on $150 great place in all areas definitely recommend!!!? Thanks Mike

My family is from PA, and we were visiting in OCMD. We just had our car inspected by Nissan and we received new front brakes and tires by Nissan as well.
Our car was making all kinds of noises here on vacation. It turns out that we had loose front wheels. Thanks to Mike’s Dent Automotive solutions for handling our problem promptly and for your honesty! Your company didn’t even charge us for the service. We cannot thank you enough.
