Had a great experience with Midshore, I own a charter business in ocean city, got an appointment scheduled for the next day they got everything I needed installed software updates and back on the water that day I would highly recommend!

This place is the best customer service experience I ever had! I called and explained I needed a garmin transducer extension cable part and they said they had it when no one else did. I told them I was going to Uber there because of our truck being hooked up to the boat and not able to be moved. They literally came and delivered it an hour later for free!!! Now that is customer service I highly recommend them and will be back for all our future boat needs. Thanks so much!

Ben did an awesome job installing my trolling motor and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. He stayed late and rewired my panel to make sure I was ready to fish in a tournament the next day. Highly recommend!

This place is by far the worst costumer service told me If I take my old transducer out that the labor price would be different and it was still the same called about it and they got smart with me and told me that we won’t do business with me again. Also I ordered things for my boat had to give them a payment before they ordered it and had to call a month later to see if they ordered the stuff which they didn’t I wouldn’t do business with them

We can't say enough good things about Mid-Shore Electronics. We have used MSE for years, and with different boats, and will always count on them to deliver for us. They are very easy to deal with but also incredibly knowledgeable, creative and responsive. We often get compliments on our instruments and layout - but it is days like a few days ago when there was extreme fog for 9 of the 10 hours we were offshore, that we truly appreciate the benefit and reliability of having high-end technology that performs as it should. If you are looking for an electronics package that is designed and installed correctly, but also one that performs when needed - MSE is your team and solution.

Totally recommend this company!Wanting to upgrade my current electronics I went to several Marine Electronics dealers in the ocean city area. I walked in to the west OC Mid Shore Electronics showroom and was greeted by a employee which was pleasant and quickly had a tech come out to assist. All my questions are answered and they extremely knowledgeable. They installed all my electronics and I couldn’t be happier with it .
