We purchased a mattress yesterday and scheduled a delivery date that meets with our schedule. Our salesman, Joe Cuellar, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the item we purchased. This was our second purchase from Mattress Warehouse and we will continue to use them for our needs.

Joe Cuellar was very helpful! My wife and I were in desperate need of a new bed and decided to stop at mattress warehouse. Joe recommended we use bed match and we were able to find the right ones for us. We also took advantage of the 0% interest financing which was even better! Joe Cuellar is very skilled and knowledgeable about beds and was able to help guide us to the forever bed for us! Would recommend anyone looking for a bed and with amazing service go see Joe Cuellar!

We want to thank Joe Cuellar who helped us and spent quality time giving us the best choices for our needs. This was our 3 time in as we had a 7 weeks before we closed on our house. Frank had helped us originally and Joe 2 times. We had moved from a short stint overseas and really needed 2 mattresses . Some bought a Tempur. Pedic and a Serta. We appreciate the knowledge and patience as sometimes couples narrow down there selection. I would recommend this place.

Do not purchase a mattress here. We bought a mattress for a summer home, the mattress is used 1-2 weeks a year and has failed after 3 years or 6 weeks of use. Their warranty department declined the poor mattress for refund. We will never purchase a mattress from this company. Buyer Beware!!!!

I came into MATTRESS WAREHOUSE here in West Ocean City and was very happy I did! Joseph was great and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He was calm, concerned and very patient. We even shared a few laughs together! I highly recommend anyone and everyone, to come and see Joseph for any and all of your sleep needs! In my professional capacity as a Director of a large organization, he should be a store manager if he’s not one already.
